Just called and got attitude from Maddy the worker who answered the phone. I simply asked if it’s Hertz I was talking to and she rudely said I JUST TOLD YOU THANKS FOR CALLING HERTZ. Thank god for cancellation option!

After an incredibly frustrating and needlessly time intensive process working with the staff at Hertz FAR re: a rental extension, and not being on site to run a physical credit card - Brad, the manager of Hertz for all of Fargo apologized took ownership, and quickly resolved my issue. Thank you Brad!
