I had a rental that had mechanical issues that I rented from Bismarck! No way could safely drive it back and Sahara at the hertz in Fargo figured it out for me and got me back in a safe car for the rest of the week! Way to go! She went above and beyond with A++++++ customer service!

4 runner had alot of long dog hair on the ceiling and in back of vehicle ...other than that it was great

Sahara was one of the most accommodating people I have ever dealt with in my travels. Could not be more thankful for her staying late to make sure I did not get stuck in the airport. Thank you again for your help
