I went there for EXCHANGE in-store because I would like them before thanksgiving and it wouldn’t arrive if I do it online. I mentioned it twice to the cashier then he gave us a receipt with no instructions, I was super confused and have to asked ‘do I just go pick it out?’ I found out later he did in fact did not put exchange on my order but rather RETURN. One of the girl employee was really helpful, helping us find stuff, but the other girl that help us check out wasn’t. I explained the situation, and she just said ‘this was employee fault’ and did nothing about it. We left without an exchange nor our stuff. I love the store but customer service was not it.

My teen daughter asked to try some jeans on and the worker was very abrupt and rude. You choose your profession. If you do not like your job find another one. It's rude.

Great style clothing, however, the customer service is terrible. The cashier, Lexi, ordered military discount then laughed at me when I asked her to show me out on the receipt. I showed her my receipt and she gave me attitude.

Only really go here for the cologne, but it seems to have a nice selection of clothes and other jewelry. The staff is nice.

I went in and got something that didn't fit. I called to ask if they would be getting the right size in and the women who answered was very helpful and gave me a few different options that would get me the right size I needed.
