I went in to buy a dishwasher, first nobody approached me, 3 people chatting by desk, no customers, finally Holly came begrudgingly to help. I inquired about a Samsung dishwasher on close out in which the tag says store stock only, not floor model. She said no new ones, just this display. I asked if I got discount for floor sample, she said no. I asked her to call her manager and in 10 seconds he dropped by $50z I asked if they deliver and install, again no. They don't deliver close out. She was short and rude. Then when paying I asked again if they delivered and she said not for close out, but do for $99. Why are you in appliance business?

I don’t like the Fargo location. I drove from GF too. Spent an hour in one aisle and not one person asked if I needed help. Finally I had to go hunt someone down, who then needed to ask for someone else’s help. Okay there. The medium bath exhaust fan I was looking for told them (on their store device) they had FIVE in stock. Absolutely nowhere to be found. I was there at 9am so if a contractor had bought them beforehand they would have come up as not available because they w

I went in to pick up 4 fluorescent lightbulbs on Saturday about 12:30. When we got to the checkout lanes, there were ZERO cashiers on duty and only three of the four self-checkout lanes open. There were lines for each self-checkout, about 20 customers in line total. No sense of urgency on the part of the employees to call a cashier to help, and the customers in front of us and behind us were grumbling about how poorly staffed they were. To make matters worse, nearly everybody who tried to use the self-checkouts had trouble with them, including us. The card reader was freezing up and didnt work right. All total, it took 25 minutes to buy four light bulbs at Home Depot. The level of service has been going steadily downhill for awhile now. I called and told a manager how I felt about it after we left. We'll be going to our friendly neighborhood hardware store from now on, and I'll CONSIDER visiting Home Depot again when their management decides to properly staff their stores.

I love this Home Depot! We used to have a Home Depot in Bismarck, but now this is the closest place to shop at one. It is super clean and spacious; the have a pretty good amount of products to choose from! Sometimes they have great clearance selections or deals. The staff is usually welcoming and friendly; haven't had a problem here!

I needed some assistance with a project that I needed one piece of tile for. I went late Sunday afternoon to the flooring section and was assisted by Bart. I got exactly what I needed with outstanding customer service! If you have a flooring project, or a project that involves flooring products- go see Bart! You won't be disappointed.

Home Depot has very good prices. In general, they have everything you might need. The kid's Saturday is one of the best things going on here that you can do. I usually check online first to see if they have what I want in stock and the online store tells me if the item is in the store, it hasn't been wrong yet.

I ordered both countertops and a patio door through Home Depot. Both have been a mess. When the countertops were installed the measurements they took were incorrect and there were discolored spots all over it. No one came out to even inspect the problems until three weeks after installation. Now the patio door I ordered arrived with the door opening on the wrong side. Communication with them has been a nightmare. The installation coordinator won't take any responsibility for the work they do, or the sub-contractors they use (Fabricators Unlimited is terrible). I don't expect any kind of satisfactory resolution to this as Home Depot has essentially just shrugged and said it's not their fault. The best I can do is warn people away from their terrible customer service and products. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
