I love this store , we are customers from years, clean , organized, good quality, grate service, little expensive, but today there is something I didn’t like , when I stand in the line , Maney people they don’t won’t to be patient, and want to take the place in any way, which leads to makes me late, costmer service shouldn’t allow that , here or in any other place , I didn’t like that really

Most everyone very helpful. Had to ask checker if she wanted my phone number though. Noticed person behind and in front of me had to ask her also. Maybe train that should be first thing asked after greeting customer!

Changing my 5 star review from 2 years ago to 1 star and will no longer be shopping here as now I've been told twice this week at this store that "Hornbachers no longer bags groceries for instcart." This is the only location that has said this out of every other store in the metro. Every shopper deserves the same customer service in my opinion.

Please keep your Self Checkouts open past 8pm. Its annoying to have to wait in long lines with slow cashiers and incompetent bagboys.

Selection varies. Rewards program is of almost zero value. Now they are charging $1.00 fee to get cash at the checkout which goes directly into their pockets as pure profit. Prices 10-30% higher compared to Target or Walmart.

Produce is awful... Otherwise it's a typical Hornbachers and by that I mean INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED! This place should be suited for price gouging it's disgusting.

Five stars if you don't mind paying significantly higher prices than Aldi, Walmart, Target, Cash Wise, etc. About 20 to 50 percent higher prices for almost every item they sell.

A lady who I can only assume was the second shift manager introduced herself to me with a thinly veiled threat to my safety for my presence on the property.
With an old, beat up car and torn clothes, I must have looked too homeless for her liking. She was inclined to call the police before even laying out her demands to me. I suppose I'll go to another grocery store instead.
Inhumane, reprehensible behavior. I can only imagine the misery she must cause the truly destitute.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I use to go to this hornbachers all the time. But lately their meat has looked really bad. It's either been sitting out a while or they freeze it and unthaw it like crazy. I went in today got a few items and went to the meat department, turned around and put all the items back and drove to hornbachers on sheyenne street. That one is mutch better. Do not go to this one
