Today I was there at around 3:30, and the person who checked me out was just the sweetest! I would have to say they were my favorite employee that helped me! I picked out earrings that happened to be damaged and they immediately offered a discount and made my experience so enjoyable! This hot topic had by far the best customer service every time! But this person went above and beyond!

Was buying a gift for my 15 year old niece. The sales person was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about items and current trends. My niece loved her gift!

We stopped in before leaving the mall today. The service was good. Staff greeted us with a smile, and asked if we needed help finding anything. The environment was clean, and easy to navigate. The merchandise is SO cool! We ended up buying 3 shirts, and a hat that unfortunately doesn't fit us because it's too small. It looked really cute though... Couldn't resist. We will definitely stop by again sometime to give our wardrobe an upgrade. Thanks for the great service, and keep up the good work.

We found an adorable Totoro winter hat and gloves for my daughter for Christmas. They always have all the licensed characters we love. From Jack and Sally to Anime, to Hello Kitty. They were very helpful and friendly also.
