Terrible service. Brought my APU for service and they quoted me outrageous money to fix it. Told them I can’t do it all the service now but can do the minimum which was APU wire change so I can come back to fix the rest. Instead of changing the wire the charged me 2hrs for cleaning( 30 minutes max job), a job I didn’t authorized. When I told them why you charged me for service I didn’t requested they told me they didn’t had the wire in stock. Any tech with common sense should check parts availability before doing any work. I complained to the service manager and he called me with the intention to keep the money and don’t do anything about it. They also did damages to my APU. The cover knob is broken and APU is leaking diesel, a problem I didn’t had before. I’m gonna have to report them for fraud and bad business practices.

We here at Red River Express Inc. use Interstate for all of our Carrier and Detroit needs. We've had them do everything from a set of batteries to a complete Overhaul and we always receive quality work. They are one of the few shops around that will fix a mistake if they make one without charging you if it's their fault. We are happy to continue using their services in the future.

Outstanding service..Had tow truck drop my truck there on Thursday night around midnight..I had advised Rob in service via email that it would be there for Friday am--he called me at 6:45 am Friday morning asking for the keys and he picked up my driver at a motel a few blocks away he was on the road by 10:30 with the turbo swapped out and oil washed off the truck to the best of their ability..Bruce Roche Transport inc.
