I used to come here all the time, but I’ve been doing my own nails for over a year now. I had an Important event so I thought I would treat myself and get an acrylic set and pedicure. Didn’t want to bust the bank so I gave very specific instructions on what I wanted, The cheapest pedicure and a French set. I took out cash to pay for the services Plus a tip, at the end then came a mysterious $40 extra that they could not really explain. Acrylic French With no extra shaping designs or colors should have been 45 in the pedicure should have been 40 According to the board inside the store. I was really disappointed with the set that I received, uneven application and crooked nails, which I believe was the result of rushing. I had made an appointment but still had to wait a full hour after arriving to be seen. The color on my toes did not match the color I picked out . After some back-and-forth about the price increase I was then pressured to get more cash so they do not have to pay card fees. Which I understand and is why I withdrew cash, but being repeatedly told I should get more cash feels icky. I did not have enough to pay for the new total plus tip with cash so I paid with card. I’m just really sad because I used to come here all the time since they were the friendliest staff and had the best prices in town. I will probably give them another chance but my last visit was extremely disappointing:(

They are very friendly and do a great job. They're also the only nail salon I've ever been to that doesn't over book appointments and make you wait for hours on end.
