“I really wished that I caught the man's name that helped us earlier today. He had glasses on and had blonde hair. We came in today to have my ring sent out for a prong that needed replaced on my engagement ring. He took his time to inspect both my engagement ring and the band. During our time there, he also interacted with my kids. You can tell how much he cares about his customers and how much he enjoys his job. He truly listened to my concerns for my ring and making sure I get the best care possible. The last time I been to a Kay Jewelers, back in my home state of Indiana, I had a bad experience to where I felt like I wasn't be heard and they were trying to make a big sale from me.
