She exceeded all expectations and was very knowledgeable and helpful with out pressuring me to buy anything! She even went out of her way to clean the rings i was wearing, and when i went to pay, she said it was free! I will definitely be doing my future business here. I can't wait, engagement ring shopping soon!”
“Riddles went above and beyond. I happened to be sitting next to their manager at a meeting one day and she noticed how worn by wedding ring prongs were. I could lose my diamond! She let me know and offered to help!
My ring was purchased from Riddles nearly two decades ago a day warranty had expired due to my own lack of upkeep. They reinstated my warranty, fixed my prongs, and shined it up! If Abby hadn't noticed my ring with her keen eye, I probably would have lost my diamond. Their customer service is excellent!”

“I went into this gift shop while looking for a last minute present and honestly ended up spending more time than I expected. They’ve got a really nice mix of items, from small handmade crafts to more classic souvenir type things. Prices felt fair for what you’re getting, not too overpriced like some tourist spots. The staff was polite and let me browse without hovering, which I appreciated. I did notice a few items were slightly messy on the shelves, but nothing major. Overall the place has a cozy feel and you can tell they put effort into picking unique products. I’d probably come back again if I need gifts for friends or family, it’s a solid little shop worth checking out.”

“My Granddaughter and I each got a piercing. She got her belly button pierced and I did my Tragus. So far both are doing well. Our experience was great. We both felt comfortable during our visit. Gabby was our gal and she was amazing. She was so gentle and very informative during the piercing and with aftercare instructions. “Gunderson's was amazing. I inherited a watch from a friends estate. The watch was vintage, but not worth a lot of money. Gunderson's help me source the part and fix the watch. Their staff was always polite and they helped me when other businesses in town would not. I can't say enough good things about this business.”
