Once again, like last month (another location in Plano TX) ... They did not have the oil filter for my vehicle. I got one from O'Reillys around corner before they installed it and changed my oil. Having the right oil and / or filter has been a challenge since I bought the vehicle (2022 Jeep Renegade) 3-4 years ago.

This was the unfriendliest Jiffy Lube we’ve been to, and we travel all over the state in our campervan. Staff barely spoke, only nodded or stared, and didn’t tell us they were out of 5W oil until 10 minutes in. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have gone to the Jiffy Lube located on 13th Ave in Fargo ND. We started going there in 2007. I enjoy the friendly service that I have received and its nice to be on a first name bases with the manager.
