Placed an order this evening. The driver called me 4 consecutive times in the span of 2 minutes. I texted to let him know I couldn’t pick up right then. He stated I’d “just have to pick it up at the store then.”I am not able to do that which…. Usually is why people order delivery.I called back when I was able, maybe a minute later, and was immediately met with a rude tone. The driver continuously interrupted me and wouldn’t actually let me provide the specific instructions he was demanding (despite the delivery instructions being very specific.)I let him know his tone and the interruptions were disrespectful and he just hung up.I called in hopes of speaking to a manager that could actually get a driver to deliver it and was met with a severe lack of concern.When people pay for a service it’s so so so reasonable for them to expect that service be carried out. Disappointing but somehow not surprising.

The young man making the sandwiches put his fingers in his mouth while eating the toppings while he was making the sandwiches. It was extremely disgusting! We asked for our money back and did not eat there.

I try to call to follow up on an order and he hang up on me telling me it was the lunch time...and he only had 2 driver's.. so it will arrive when they can

Bad experience with customer service. Ordered Uber eats at 11:30 and didn't get a call that the delivery was canceled until after the store had already closed 30 minutes later. Will not be returning as a customer.
