I was really disappointed…First of all I love animals and I’m usually not bothered by pet hair, but…I ordered a jacket on final sale and it came covered in pet hair, later on I figured it was cat hair, as my friend who hugged me in that jacket and known to allergic to cat hair, was itchy for the rest of our outing. I tried to lint roll it but I guess I wasn’t successful enough. As I said I usually don’t care about pet hair, I have pets and they shed a lot, but when I buy something ‘new’ I WANT it to be clean and new.The jacket itself was not the best quality either but it was a final sale and fine.I didn’t try to return it as it’s stated on the website that you can’t return final sales. I will not buy from that store again and probably won’t recommend it to anyone.

I have shopped at Kittsona for numerous years and try to support small businesses as my parents had owned one locally themselves for many years. I have shopped for myself and also my 21 and 28 year old daughters. Recently there was a shirt I had wanted however when I went in to purchase they were sold out. I ended up getting the shirt as a gift from my mom for Christmas however it is not my size. My mom could give me the date of purchase however she paid cash and did not keep the receipt. However she left half the kittsona tag on the shirt (tearing off the price). I called Kittsona and explained the situation and that I just wanted to exchange for a different size (this shirt was $48 and advertised online). The saleswoman absolutely refused since there was no receipt & it was a cash transaction and told me there is nothing they can do for me and suggested I could re-gift it to someone else possibly but she was unable to do an exchange.I will no longer shop nor support Kittsona

Im a guy who likes to shop for his girlfriend. What I found is that Kittsona is pretty accommodating for ideas for a gift, whether is clothes or other Knick knacks . By no means am I good at shopping but they always seem to have stuff she likes.

I gave this store a shot and I am just so disappointed in the staff. I've gone in over a dozen times and never once have I been greeted, or asked if I've needed a changing room with a handful of clothes in my arms. They just blatantly walk by you. It's sad because they have a lot of cute things, but I refuse to spend my money at a place that doesn't value their customers. Seems more like a socia hangout for the staff than a business.

It's a female's place for sure so I'm probably not qualified for a review. It's not too bad for a quick stop. There's definitely a unique style to many of the things they have here. It's creative. I didn't look at prices, but if you're looking for something to add a little style or a nice gift, this place seems great.

Cool little shop in downtown Fargo. Lots of art items, including jewelry, from local artisans. Great place to bring home something from Fargo that doesn't scream 'tourist'. I shopped here twice in one week and I swear the inventory changed.

Kittson is the absolute best place to shop! Anytime I walk in I am kindly greeted and they are happy to help with anything. I shop online and in store and I am a big promoter of word of mouth referrals and I have told so many people about Kittson. They will quickly help with any problem and are happy to do it! I give you 100% on customer service and I really thank you for keeping my fashion classy! You guys are the best and I will continue to share my great experiences I have with as many people as possible!
