I had such a wonderful experience at Lane Bryant thanks to one of your amazing team members! Natascha was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, offering great suggestions and making sure everything fit just right.

This lane bryant staff is very unprofessional staff. This store needs to close !! Had two orders to pick ... waited, and still, they didn't check out both orders. And the lady who said she is the manager did care to check if the job was right!! I can't wait to see this store close due to low performance!!

Love this store! Great selection, beautiful items and good quality! The staff were very helpful! Love the selection of jeans with all the different fits! We don't have this store in Winnipeg so it was a treat to shop here.

It’s not the store it’s the quality of the bras. Last year they were still good I have one bra that my wires came out of but it still does it’s job. I just bought 4 bras online and I swear Walmart is better quality. Come on if I’m paying $60 for a bra it should last at least 6 months since I have so many. I think I’ll have to go with torrid from here on out . I have been buying lane Bryant boost plunge for more than 10 years . But I can’t waste money on garbage.
