I tried to support local, and have for many years. I have stayed with this pharmacy through all of the employee judgements.If you are hiring "younger" people for the night crowd, make sure they are well informed of your "policies" before making a customer look stupid. Isn't the first time with this pharmacy. Local is judgement, and their employees will lead a lot of people to leave.

Piss poor service. Made an appt for flu COVID shots and found out after going there they don't accept my insurance. They should have known after I made appt and verified and notified me. Pharmacist just shrugged it off. Thanked them for wasting my time.

I have been filling my prescriptions here for about 4 years. The staff is always fast and friendly. I usually call ahead to have them fill my prescription that way I know it's ready and I don't have to wait. Thank you for your excellent service Linson pharmacy staff!!

I was having a panic attack and Yes, I came in like 5-7 minutes after they close but I wasn't asking for an ice cream cone, I was having a panic attack, and the pharmacist WAS THERE, I talked to her, All the employees were still there but she refused to give me my anxiety medication even though she could see it was sent in from my doctor, it just wasn't filled yet and she didn't want to stay a few minutes to fill my medication, even when I was having a full blown panic attack, so I ended up in the ER. She said her dog had just died and so, it was an emergency she get home. I thought about this a lot because I lost my cat and I realize what it can feel like so I can forgive her, but in My opinion, I came in with a medical condition, I was having a greater emergency, as a patient and I was in desperate need of my anxiety Medication and she refused care And sent me away. I'd be interested to know what people think? I was 5-7 minutes late, she said, her dog had died that day, I was having a panic attack which is a very real and serious medical problem and she had the ability to give me my anxiety medication right then and there but she refused Because "we are closed".

This is the best Pharmacy I have every been to!!! Very friendly and efficient staff working here!!! Willing to answer any questions I may have!!! I would highly recommend switching over to Linson Pharmacy!!! Glad I did!!! I have been going here for over 15 years!!!

Wonderful pharmacy, everyone is so helpful and kind. I even had an issue with my insurance and the pharmacy tech offered to take care of everything for me. Two thumbs up for Linson!!

Amazing Service, pharmacists and pharmacy techs working here! They are always willing to bend over backwards to work hard for me and my family. Each time I am greeted by friendly employees with excellent customer service. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible but five stars it is today!

I have used numerous pharmacys over the years (I'm 51 yrs old so MANY YRS/PHARMACYS) ....AND THIS PHARMACY IS HANDS DOWN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND TREATS YOU WITH MORE COMPASSION THAN ANY OTHER I HAVE EVER KNOWN!!! I have been through alot over the last few years and have NOT ALWAYS BEEN THE EASIEST CUSTOMER TO DEAL WITH.....that being said, I can not even begin to tell you JUST HOW AMAZING EVERY ONE OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TO ME!!! They are truly Angels! Thank.you thank you thank you for all that you do for everyone every day, I dont know what I would do without you!

Very disappointed in how this pharmacy informs.people of policies and regulations, and the way they treat Customers like number and not as human beings with problems and feelings I'm glad thrifty.white drug.is.moving down the street, never had any issues with that pharmacy.I'm adding a notation to this statement. The owner of the pharmacy did call and was very sincere about my issue. It was unfortunate that a particular employee can impact a business in a second. Unfortunately I won't go back, because of that employee. With that said, I would recommend this pharmacy, I just happen to have a bad experience.

I had to switch over to this location from a pharmacy that closed, turns out it was a huge mistake. Very sickened out with the lack of respect when filling medications. I understand it's hard finding employees, but there was no excuse for how I was treated

I had medications delivered to my home, one of which was a controlled substance for pain due to neves cut in my foot after surgery. I dolled out the pills into a monthly dispenser and the bottle marked with 60 pills had only 48; someone took a clean dozen off the top. When I stopped at the pharmacy and told them about it the first thing that pharmacist Steve Gruden said was would I like him to call my provider and ask her to allow an earlier refill. I said what about checking the security camera first. He said they would be more likely to take the pills from the main dispenser than from my pill bottle. Later he called and said the provider said she was not comfortable giving me a second prescription for 12 pills; though that was something I did not give him permission to request. Now he said there were no cameras at the work stations and that a robot dispensed the pills and they double counted them. That sounded good; the problem was I was still short 12 pills. Then he amended his first comment to say they had no security cameras at all. I suggested that perhaps the delivery person could have something to do with it. He said that the man was bonded (perhaps this refers to the criminal background check?) Later I called back to speak to the manager and was told they have no managers, just an owner, Steve Boehning, and I could call back in a week when he got back. When I finally reached him upon his return he had yet another story: they had counted them a third time! I asked why he would have no cameras at all with all those controlled substances and so many employees including interns. I said without cameras then when pills go missing he had no way to know what happened. I asked about the delivery person. He said he had used the guy for “a large number of years.” With that he suggested I go elsewhere for my business! Though I was going to be out of sufficient pain medication at the end of the month I at least wanted a refund for what I paid for the missing pills. He refused.
