I ordered a dishwasher online and paid for old one to be hauled away. It would not let me add installation to the order so I had to fill out a form and wait for someone to call me. They called the next day but said something about the purchase time being "out of their window." They offered to connect me to the person who could help. I got disconnected. I called the store and was transferred from the appliance department to "someone in installation" to someone in South Carolina and finally to the right person but they kept saying, "You forgot to purchase the installation?" and told me the only person that could help was not there. Then suddenly they appeared, did not talk to me personally but I could hear the conversation - "She forgot to purchase installation." I was then told I had to go online and CANCEL the order that was supposed to be delivered in two days and reorder with the installation added! At that point we decided to install it ourselves. Delivery - was asked if Saturday was okay. I told THREE different people that Saturday afternoon was fine but not the morning. Got a text that the dishwasher would be delivered in the morning. Fortunately for Lowes, I was sick so stayed home that morning. Dishwasher arrived at 7:45 - was supposed to be between 8 and noon. The man was nice but spoke little English - "It uninstall?" I said no. "Cannot uninstall." So the old dishwasher is still here. I will NEVER buy an appliance from Lowes again and hope to never buy anything, even a screw from them. Terrible customer service and all-around purchase.

I had no choice as everywhere else was sold out of boxes and duct tape. They are not Apple or Android friendly in terms of paying. In this day and age it's amazing that a big box store like Lowe's could be so far behind. Seriously upgrade and get with it not only that you don't get the extra charge back with any type of smartphone pay enabling costs to be kept lower.

My daughter ordered carpet through this place, they have had many mix ups from the get go....appointment made to order carpet...customer shows up, just to find out when customer arrived that the person the appointment was made with had left early for the day. Made another appointment, ordered carpet. The carpeting was suppose to be laid mid December, still no carpeting the 1st week of January. Finally they come to install it after, just to find out carpeting was cut wrong. A week and a half later customer calls to get update and they proceed that the carpet had just been re ordered the day before. This company has no communication with their customers unless the customer calls this business to get answers. This family has been sharing rooms since middle of December and house being torn apart waiting on this carpeting to be installed in LR and bedrooms, and this place of business has known this. They are in no hurry to fix the problems. They wanted all their money up front before the carpet was ordered, maybe had they not received their money upfront they would be trying to solve the issues faster.

Usually everything is organized well and the app lines up with the store organization...that is no longer the case. Also this is not the first time self check out has been used in a store...sooooo a Lowe's employee so far up my butt that I need an enema is highly unnecessary! SELF checkouts everywhere!!! I can read! Back off, please for the love of all that is holy back off. I'm letting a child do it for me obviously it's not rocket science and they don't need the insanely obtrusive guidance either!

Seen multiple customers today without masks on. I know the city does mandate it but really? Lowe's you can do better.

Great place! Helpful staff, good prices, allows dogs, great return policy, Lowes card gives you an instant 5% discount, most stuff is well stocked, best hardware/home improvement store in town.
