Going to Lowe’s makes me feel like my dad, in a good way. Staff are helpful, and the app makes it easier to find things since the place is huge. Every now and then there’s a bird flying around inside, which always makes me laugh a little. Feels kind of like being in a Disney movie.

On a recent business trip to Fargo from Livingston,TX, I visited your Lowe's store on 6/23. It was Sunday morning At 9:40. Store number 1650.
Have to say it was the most amazing location I've been to. Every employee was cheerful, helpful,polite and knew where everything was located. Store was immaculate and all items were in the correct bin or shelf. All neatly arranged. Was like Lowe's heaven to me! Just amazing store.
Met Audrey at self checkout. Happy and helpful and thrilled as I told her about my experience at "her" Lowe's. Wish I could beam myself there whenever I need stuff. Thanks for helping make my trip a successful one and restoring my faith in your company!

The staff are fantastic, my goodness, so many people stopped to help, it was like having 6 different tour guides. Troy in the tools department really wanted to help find a solution for me, he pulled out his phone an was googling for me and walked me across the whole store for an item, which Lowe’s didn’t have but he tried!
