If I could leave 0 stars I would! Terrible service. My friend and I came in to get pedicures, my friend wanted a thin French tip and when she asked for the tip to be thinner the lady got mad. There was also a huge glob of nail polish on my toe and the lady didn’t even fix it even though she saw. When leaving my friend wanted to pay cash and the lady rolled her eyes. Absolutely terrible attitude towards everything we asked. Never again!! Do not recommend at all!

Michelle is the best nail tech in the Fargo-Moorhead area! When I went into Lux today at the West Acres Mall, she was so friendly and happy to help me pick out my colors for my nails. I always get a design on my nails and she turned the picture in my head into reality with this nail set. She made sure I liked everything and always had a smile on her face. I highly recommend Lux and Michelle at Lux. Thank you guys for all the work you do!

I just recently got my nails done there and my previous time was amazing and it only cost 65!! Then i decided to come back and get a fill and the lady I had this time was so disrespectful, mean, hurt me many times, kept twisting my arm and hurting it, was just overall very rough and did a absolute horrible nail job, and changed me 75 for a fill and I had a very basic very easy design! I’m debating on even going back after such a bad experience when I had a good one previously!

We went there with a wedding party of 12 people at the last minute because Bling nails said we had canceled which the Bride had not.They were so accommodating with our large group treated the little girls in our group like little princesses. Our nails were all beautiful. Thank you to all the wonderful staff

I got a basic pedicure m, but it only last 20 minutes. It was a $50 pedi and not super relaxing.

Lady clipped my toe and angeled it so bad after I said don’t cut barely any nail off and she made my toe look like a tooth and I said fix it and she said it’s just how my toe grow and it’s just angled naturally and I know that’s not true my toes looked good even without paint before I came in now they look worse they are rude and don’t know what they doin

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Me and my friend came here to get our nails done and they were TERRIBLE. Mine were done twice and so were hers. The first time it seemed okay, but then the nails started to chip and break off. We didn’t even have them on for a week before they were already falling. The paint job was terrible and the guy did my initial in Chinese. He did the complete wrong colors when I kept reminding him thats what I did not want. We decided to try again and the second time we went it was even worse. The nails were breaking, the pinky nail broke the natural nail underneath. They kept chipping and the paint was coming off about 4 days after we got it done. They go way too fast, and do the nails in terrible quality. I do not recommend. The price is also very expensive for bad nails. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible experience. I am not one that typically spends money on stuff like this, but I decided I would today. I definitely wish I wouldn't have. I was planning to do a mani and pedi. I walked in so my expectations were low, but was told they could do it right now. Picked my color and had a seat after being motioned to sit down on a pedi chair. One lady starts the water I asked if it could be turned up because it was cold. Seemed like she made an attempt but the water was still very cold. Another lady comes to do the pedi doesn't look at me or speak to me the whole time. Pulls/taps my feet to move them. I don't do this stuff so I have no idea what I am doing. I didn't know how to fix the chair and didn't dare move to piss her off more so I was so uncomfortable the whole time. After she's done she points to some chairs, I ask to grab my stuff and she just keeps pointing. She brings my stuff over and says it's "$35 you add tip on here" Whelp guess im not getting a mani. The whole encounter was uncomfortable and awkward and very unwelcoming.
