Took my topper in right away and had it turned around in days. Workers showed genuine interest in me and provided a very welcoming experience. It was nice to see that they cared about my project and it was more than just a project to them. Their prices were very competitive! I would use them again for sure!

You’re better off going to Lowe’s and getting house paint for your car. Got the “premium paint job” on my car and it came back with over spray (primer and paint) inside the door jam and so much orange peel you could start a juice business. You get orange peel 2 ways poor equipment or you don’t give underlying paint time to dry/oxidize and air bubbles up. Also the paint doesn’t match the OEM. Make sure you ask about any decals or car logos…they don’t tell you until after the fact that they don’t put them back on. Don’t worry you have a warranty…just kidding they will keep pushing you off so you bust the timeframe for repair. They will hold your keys hostage until you sign the statement of work. Finally when you try to confront management…any management…even the owner they will dodge your calls. They have caller ID that says your name in the office. They will tell you that they have to get approval from corporate Maaco to fix their piss poor job. If you go here, DON’T…but if you do DON’T…but if you absolutely have to, do the most thorough walk around and call the out before you sign anything! Trash business and poor ethics, but at least you donate to law enforcement associations and “care” about us military. Please don’t respond with “I’m sorry about your experience”. BUYER BEWARE!! If I didn’t have to move to defend you bums…we would be in court. Have a wonderful day :)

Had an appointment for an estimate @12:30 and no one was there so i called the number in the door and was told no one would be back til 1. I was on a lunch break which is also the only time i could arrange the appointment. Terrible planning.

I asked for paint to be made. He said yes. I asked how long he said 3 days. Then he asked if they were painting the vehicle I said no I will. He got upset and said “ we don’t do that” “ gonna have to find someone that does” and hung up on me. Very rude. Very bad service. All this because I wanted to paint my own vehicle. I do not support bad business and have reported him.

Macco Auto Body Shop team in Fargo North Dakota is very courteous and they try their best to work with their customers with their schedules producing The highest quality body work I've ever seen. The Macco team is very knowledgeable about different types of damage. Even about damage that's not even your fault at all. It's someone else's fault in another industry. They will give you ride home if you have no one pick you up which that's a plus for me. I can make secure payments with Macco with out my payment methods being compromised . And that's a real good feeling of secure. I can rely on Macco. Will always go back to Maaco for all my bodywork repair.

Bad and unprofessional work !Made a deal with owner of the place ( to which might I add will never come back again ) to paint my vehicles hood where they did a very bad job. Instead of professional work it was done like some amateur. No good prep work was done , I was able to see spots that needed to be filled with bondo before paint now looks bad under the paint and some scratches were left as well.Owner called me to pick up the hood in the morning and of course that morning he was not there and his menager sent some young guy to check me out and charge me for the job as he disappeared behind some doors. As we loaded the hood into my vehicles I spoted right away the lousy work. Both, owner and menager tried to avoid me. The behavior like this sends me a message that money is all they care about nothing else.Whether they provide a quality work or a good customer services they do not care.Myself as a mechanic will be able to fix this but what I know for sure is that I am never gonna open doors of that shop again.!Also,people make sure you do not sign a completion of work receipt till you've actually seen the work. They have you sign it before they give you your product back.Service: Painting

We sent Henry our insurance estimate on April 13th and he said he would order parts that day and would call us as soon as they came in and would be able to get the job done shortly thereafter. After two months of waiting, we called back today and they didn't have the order in the system. They started to look into it and couldn't really figure out what happened. I'm a reasonable person and I understand when people make mistakes and wasn't all that concerned about it. However, he then called my wife and told her the reason the parts didn't get ordered is because we didn't put an $1,800 deposit down. Henry had never mentioned a deposit to us, and today was the first we had heard of having to put a deposit down, which we would have happily done. I tried to get Henry to accept responsibility for his mistake and admit he didn't ask us for a deposit, and instead of being a professional businessman, he told me to find a different body shop. Now, after waiting two months, we have at least another couple of months to wait to get into any repair shop to get the work done. Definitely won't be recommending MAACO to anyone in the near or distant future.

After taking a vehicle here, the customer service rep doesnt ever call you back, theyll leave you with shotty paint work and body prep along with over spray in your interior. they will try to recify this by literally putting an oily substance over everything and saying they did extra work. They do not meet timelines, use used parts, and will leave you in a bad mood in general because they do not care. TERRIBLE.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

amazing customer service! They were super friendly and gave us some additional free fix ups with our body frame fixing that wasn’t in our estimate which is amazing! They gave us a new body for the back of the trunk in such a fast time and at such an affordable price. Other car places would have charged us an extra $6,000 with our damages so I appreciate Maaco so much for the cheap price and for giving us high value results. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a body repair or a paint job at a really good price!Service: Body & Trim

Terrible customer service, called 1 week ago about getting door hinges done, sent in vin and info like they asked and was told to expect a call back the following day and that I could likely get in that week. One week later and after calling once a day they told me it probably wasn’t somthing they do if I haven’t heard back. Very unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim
