I had a very good experience with Jessica. I was half way to my destination ( had traveled 200 miles with 250 miles still to go) when I realized I had forgotten my makeup bag. I stopped at Macy’s in West Acres, and Jessica was so helpful in finding what I needed with a few samples and some purchases. She was just terrific and I will definitely stop to see her again. I told her she needed a bonus. 🙂 It’s not too often that I find someone so willing and eager to help.

I wonder how often a purchaser comes into Macy’s in West Acres Mall, Fargo ND with the full intent of making a purchase just to leave because no one makes an attempt to help them? My guess is often.I’m in the men’s cologne area I’m quickly greeted with a hello from an associate just to have her walk away without asking if I need help with anything. Then I locate what I’m looking for just to have the other 2 associates continue in conversation without a glance or word. Finally, one looks up and says hello. Well, that’s not going to get my purchase out of the case and sold. I make the decision to leave only to pass a female shopper trying different perfumes. You guessed it…she left with a purchase. A simple effort and I would have left with a $125 purchase.

I went in just to get some cologne for my grandpa for his birthday when one of the managers didn’t ask me for assistance or anything but immediately followed me and stared me and my friends down. I felt discriminated against and really expected more out of this establishment.

Very unprofessional, Very unorganized and poor management. Employees make false accusations against customers. Employees have bad additives towards customers.Came to use the restrooms and dressing rooms piss and poop on the floor. One employee accused me of harassment when I all I wanted to do was bring my shirt back.

I can't believe that my daughter had to experience this type of workplace harassment and discrimination! I have been a long time customer of Daytons and now Macy's! I will no longer spend my money where this type behavior is tolerated!
