I had the best service ever. I don't like to shop, but 2 clerks helped me and asked several times. I think her name was Tatum, she was friendly and so very helpful by bringing choices back to fitting room, along with other clerk asking if I needed help here and there as well.
West Acres location was the best. Dilworth location was not helpful, so I choose to go to West Acres now.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Looking for jeans. No help no suggestions from staff stood behind the counter, not offering any help whatsoever. Too busy looking on dating apps to help any customers. I would never go back to the store.

They should have plus size clothes at both locations. I feel that this is discriminatory. The clothes are such low quality you're better off shopping at walmart. I bought wedges for my wedding and both shoes fell apart during my reception.
