“If you got an appointment time come at that time. I got here early. My appointment was at 11 but they were able to unload me after 10am. They didn’t have to. I know they’re busy but they were nice and go me in early. They don’t start till 8am. They have restroom you can use. The truck stops are about 8 minutes down the road. You can park here at night but might be in the way in the morning. They lease out space for another company that’s getting their trucks loaded really early. There’s lots of room to back up to the dock”
“We have been storing house hold items for a family member at Five Star for two years and needed to down size our storage unit. “Great customer service and extremely responsive customer center.I accidentally locked my locks in the trailer and they came out the next morning to help me get back in the trailer.Highly recommend to anyone!”
“I arrived at 0745 and checked in with shipping, There's a friendly lady working there and she gave me a door assignment right away.
They started loading the trailer 15 minutes after bumping the dock.
I was loaded less than 30 minutes later, went inside signed paperwork and dock worker came out sealed trailer.
There are some vending machines inside the shipping office for the drivers.”
