The worst customer service! Came in to take off my nails and the lady was giving unnecessary attitude. There were two people’s sitting there staring at me and she was like we can’t do it. Didn’t even say “oh it’s by appointment” which would be very kind and understandable. Terrible customer service

Incredibly compassionate service. My nail expert made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout my pedicure. I left feeling rejuvenated and a little prettier with my new nails. Thank you for a wonderful experience! This is my new favorite nail spa in town. 🩷

I was pretty pleased with the service here! I came in as a walk in and they got me in a chair within 5 min. They had a TON of beautiful colors to choose from. I had gel polish removed and a new coat put on, and I was out in 30-40 min. He paid such close attention to detail and really did a wonderful job with my manicure. He occasionally checked in on me to make sure I was doing well and was very pleasant. The salon is very clean and bright and open. Definitely a good place to go back to, especially as a walk in!

I love me a gooood review!!!!! First and foremost 10/10 I would do it againnnnnnn and againnnnn and againnnnn! My sister and I drive 2 hours every 2 weeks almost and wait in the parking lot just to get their business! Being from out of town, finding a nail tech that feels like home is sometimes a struggle! Vikkie and her brother “MY/Mi” are literally the best!!!!! From the foundation of the nail, to the conversations is definitely a vibe!!!! Their prices are reasonable! If you’re looking for someone to do amazing FRENCH tips! This is definitely your go-to spot for the frenchies girls!

They are expensive and I don't like the way my feet were done. They talk to each other in their language instead of talking to the customers. I love my nails, she did them add i asked. She was very nice but talked to everyone but me! Plenty of parking. Not going there again.

I recently came across Vikkie after my nail tech of four years moved away from Fargo, and I am so glad I did! She is incredibly talented and always executes the nail designs I bring to her flawlessly. What I love most is that I never hear “no, we can’t do this” or feel pressured to change my design. Vikkie is always willing to bring my vision to life with precision and creativity.
Beyond her amazing skills, she is also sweet, sociable, and incredibly personable, making every appointment such a fun and relaxing experience. I don't have ANY idea why I haven't done a review for Vikki and her amazing nail technicians at Nail Deluxe! Until 2 years ago, I have never had my nails done professionally because my nails are as strong as nails, literally. I had a mini stroke and the medicine they gave me created a completely weakened nail to the point they peel backwards. I was referred to Vikki and her team by a co-worker and have not looked back. She and her team are the most talented team of professionals that are available in the metro area. Please see their posts for a reference. I have turned out to be possibly the most irritating client they have, but they embrace me! All of her team is so professional, kind, listeners, talented, affordable and concerned that you are happy! You will be sooooo happy you called after your service, you will write a similar review!
