Save your money. I used to be a regular here for months, but I’ve come to realize that speed seems to matter more to them than quality. I came in today for a pedicure—paid $65 for gel polish with exfoliation and a foot massage—and was out in under 30 minutes. The service felt completely rushed. The foot massage lasted maybe 10 seconds, the nail prep was minimal, and the polish was applied sloppily. I had been looking forward to this all week, and now I’m out $65 and searching for another salon just to feel confident wearing sandals at the lake next weekend. Really disappointed.

Very very bad service and that lady owner is so rude they made worse my nails and it was too painful. Don’t go there

My daughter and I came in to get a manicure (her) and pedicure (me). They had availability pretty quick for both of us. Which was great! They told me to sit down in the chair, put my feet in the water… It was cold. I immediately told the lady sitting next to me and she said 00 OK and then move something and then I put my hand in the water and it was even colder water coming out. I told her and She then turned the water off. Nobody did anything. They acted like it was no big deal so I asked the customer next to me if her water was cold and she said no. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Finally, the guy came to me never fixing the water problem. So right away he gets the nail clippers and clips my toenails. He’s on my last little toe and he literally cuts the toe right next the nail he’s cutting. I said Sir, you just cut my toe! he said no I did not, I said yes, you did! So he just keeps working on my toes and then I said just whatever cause he kept saying he did not cut my toe. Then he gets up and he comes back with a little bottle with blue liquid in it and a cotton ball, puts the liquid on the cotton ball and dabs my cut for several minutes… and then continues the pedicure in which the whole process was not impressive at all. Then I go to put my feet under the dryer next to my daughter, and she tells me that the guy who did her nails sanded her finger with the nail file. Anyway, it cost $65. It was a terrible experience. I think he should’ve given us a discount or completely waved the fee because of the cold water, cutting my toe, and scraping her finger. Plus today I’ve noticed my big toe on my right foot is red and sore… so I don’t know what he did there. definitely cannot recommend this place. Sad.

First time I was there, the gentleman was wonderful and I had a great pedicure and experience. Second time .. absolutely terrible. Looks like I did it myself. She was aggressive, tried to charge me more for choosing design with magnet on gel, cut nails unevenly, and pushed my hand away when I was looking at my toes. I went back because of the good first experience I had initially, yet ended up at the other nail salon in the mall after to clean up her mess. Highly disappointed. Have pics to show but no upload ability.

I walked I asked them if they could do design below in about an hour or so because I had fingerprinting so I had to go get that done at two then they said yeah we could do that and a guy got me and I wanted one picture and then he said yeah yeah I could do that and then sat down in a chair he started cutting right away and I looked at my nails and I was like oh could we do rounded instead of squares because I’m working with babies so I can’t be poking them and he says yeah yeah OK I can definitely do that your choice and for one it’s not the same color and it’s also not The length that I want, I told him I wanted somewhat long, somewhat short, not right up to my fingers, and I thought round meant like all in shape not round not ball round my pinky nail isn’t filled all the way to the cuticle they stopped at a certain point the other one isn’t painted at all to the cuticle He left extra acrylic underneath my nail and I don’t know how to get that off so and it’s very uncomfortable might have To go in and get it redone do not go here.

TLDR: if you want stilehto and long tony or one of the other guys on chair 10-15 are your best options.
Went in today, have been coming here for YEARS and usually leave with no complaints. My pedicure was perfect, girl was a sweetheart. But the women who did my full set, i believe her name is Heidi based off the things on her station but she didn't introduce herself to me, messed up my hands. I asked for extra long stillehto, they're very short and when I asked to make them longer (my pinkies were way shorter than the rest) it made zero difference. She spent most of the appointment trying to talk me out of the design I wanted, I did end up going with just a color because of her attitude about it.
The shape and length is wrong and i did not get what I wanted, couldn't ask for someone else to fix them today as I have work but am hoping that I can come in on Monday and have them fixed free of charge.

I got a pedi and mani when I went. Pedi was fine, but I just didn't like they fact they don't get under the nails like other salons do. Also, for my mani, I didn't know they charged $50 for a gel mani. They don't soak your hands or anything just cut your nails down, file, cut cuticles, then gel polish (not sure if that's normal)
The guy was nice and did a decent job I will say that.

My friend, sister and I came for acrylic nails, the woman we had (three different girls) were not very friendly, rough, failed to do the designs we asked for and overall had a bad experience.

I told them I wanted a regular manicure of French tips. Just plain French manicure..... instead I got some weird powder dip of pink and white and they charged me $63 for it!!!! Yeah it's pretty but I did not enjoy being ignored as if my English was not clear enough for them to understand. And a couple of my nails have chunks of powder polish stuck to my skin that I can't get off.
I'll try a different place next time....

nice people and quick for a walk-in! the manager (assuming) helped me find a color copy. my tech was good too! she didn't fill in the nail fully very well and the paint is kinda thin but for $70 ($10 tip) acrylics in fargo north dakota because I guess that's where I am in life, I'm happy (pics are 3 hours after).
this pic made me realize she didn't clean my cuticles omfg but tbh I'm more disappointed about how far back they ended up being

I hate complaining about my nails, I never do. I came here one time and the lady filed my nails down so much, she even nicked me a few times. I didn’t think they looked that bad but they kind of hurt. I tried to go a day with them but I couldn’t bear it. These are so uncomfortable. I called to complain and try to see if there was anything they could do for me so the owner asked me to come in. When I came in, she told me I asked for these. Would you ask for these??? I’m never coming back. For $75 I got gaslit and the worst nails I’ve ever had! 😐

I had a bad experience at the salon. The gel manicure service was poor, and now my nails are thin and painful after removal. I was charged to remove the color, which should have been free since I had it done there. The staff were not friendly at all. They stared at me without smiling, and I don’t understand why they were looking at me that way. It felt really strange.
