I went to the vehicle, returned it with a full tank of gas. They charged my card $100.41 saying they had to fill my tank. I was refunded right away but then was charged six more times for $100.41 in my travel account. I called them to dispute it and I even went to the airport everyone there seem like they were going to help but did they? Nope. They told me they can only see one transaction, but the problem is they just use my card to fill up other tanks of gas under other peoples accounts. I guess I'll let MasterCard handle it because they are all incompetent. Don't ever rent a car from National car rental. such a scam

Reserved a car, but when I arrived they said that there were no cars available. Then the "manager" instructed myself and everyone else in line to rent a car from the Hertz counter and that National would reimburse us for the difference. Well, after sending the "manager" the receipt from Hertz 2 months ago I still haven't received my $400 check. 4 follow up emails have been sent and 3 phone calls to National's corporate office. This location doesn't seem to answer their phone as I've called about 10 times without an answer. This location is a scam!!!!!

This airport isn't big enough for the normal no front desk check-in. You can't walk and grab your car based on your status. I was the second person in line and also ended up being the last person helped. If you use a free day, look out for problems redeeming them. They could find my reservation but couldn't see that it was my free day. This led to a long delay in getting checked out. Over an hour. It was very frustrating. Luckily the guy behind the counter was personable and professional. Had it not been for his demeanor I would've been on edge more due to the wait. Also, the airport has a girl running around doing her best to help out at each counter. This actually led to more confusion and a longer wait time.

This is the second time I have rented here. While the process went fine, what I find frustrating is that each time I was not able to get the vehicle type I reserved.

Solid service, but much like the airport it's a step back in time - where you HAVE to go to the counter (no grab & go) and then walk outside to get your car.The walk can be long & I can't imagine doing it in the winter If you return before they open (for me it was 7 am) you find a spot, park, and bring keys inside to drop box. Nice there is a gas station ~ 1 mile away

This turned out to be one of my favorite car rental places in the country! Of all the work travel I've done, these agents actually make car rentals look good. The guys that helped me were so nice, competent, and organized. They made an excellent recommendation of a Kia Forte, which is now one of my top rental choices. Return instructions were given upfront for a smooth experience. Everything about Fargo has me charmed!

Staff were very polite and helpful. They made sure I had everything needed for my 'rental experience.' Renting a new car with only 3 miles on the odometer was a bonus... Only had to peel-off a few factory stickers from the window. I appreciate the great service.

New car, nice to my face, yet this executive elite member will never rent from here again. This outlet sent me to collections over "damages." They claimed I was in an accident. Then I saw the pictures! A piece of plastic holding the fog light cover in place popped off. Zero damage. Likely a minor manufacturing defect on the brand new car. They panicked me, stressed me out... Their claims unit laughed out loud when they reviewed the pictures over the phone with me. Still, I had to wait nearly a month for a formal review for them to close the case.
