Two months without a response. When I called the representative seemed to indicate that she had the information, but could not give it to me. She referred me to Medicare where the representative did help me. Why then, did Blue Cross/Blue Shield refer me to send my package to this company?

Nordian is the very definition of govt. bureaucracy and a low/cost incompetent vendor. Anyone dealing with them for a medicare issue / claim should know that they WILL get it wrong. Do not assume they will understand provided information. Document everything, send using registered mail, follow-up with Medicare constantly.

Worst company ever and Medicare gives no choice in having to use them for certain claims!
