Horrible ! There is a disconnect between Noridaian and Medicare. There isn’t a contact number that Medicare and call. I sent a claim in 3 months ago to Noridian. Medicare doesn’t have an answer from them whether they received my claim or not!!!!! Also they have a P.O . Box not an address where you can get a return receipt. Pure corruption! I read the other reviews on this site. Contact your Government local reps. Someone needs to be held accountable!!!!!

This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with. They have the contract to review for Medicare. I have never met a company with a worse approach to service than this one. They give you 15 days to respond with horrible directions on what they request. Then when you submit what you assume based on their poor verbiage, and request that if what you submit is incorrect due to not understanding what they are asking. They take the entire 15 days and simply tell you, you haven't submitted the proper information and are denied because you didn't submit within the requested 15 days. However, they provide a form that states their policy is to answer concerns within 2 to 3 business days. So they punish you for their not following their policy and then deny you your proper payment as a provider of care. I have been fighting with this company for 18 months and I've had to involve my senator in order to simply get my enrollment date set to the proper date that I started my submissions with them. They are deeply incompetent and are wasting our tax dollars.

Worst company ever and Medicare gives no choice in having to use them for certain claims!

This group apparently has responsibility for administering funds through Medicare and profits from that. I was first introduced to their existence because they denied a wheelchair for a 71 year old with LIFELONG disabilities. (Well established medical history) They definitely look like a group that just denies care in an arbitrary manner.

I AM 86, PERMANENTLY DISABLED, LIVING ON PERMANENT DISABILITY SINCE 1976, X-RAYS WHICH I ALWAYS INSIST ON HAVING COPIES, SHOW SEVERE DEXTRO-KYPHO-SCOLIOSIS, SEVERE OSTEO-ARTHRITIS OF LUMBAR SPINE, BOTH HIPS, BOTH KNEES, DEGENERATIVE SPONDYLOSIS, ATHEROSCLEROSIS, OSPENIA, SCIATICA, BONE SPURS LUMBAR SPINE, BOTH HIPS, BOTH KNEES AND MEDICARE APPROVED MY HOSPITAL BED IN 2000 IN 24 HOURS, MEDICARE APPROVED MY POWER WHEELCHAIR IN 2007 IN 24 HOURS, APPROVED TOILET RISER, SHOWER BATH CHAIR OVER 20 YEARS AGO. A MONTH AGO I APPLIED FOR 2/55 AMP BATTERIES FOR MY POWER WHEELCHAIR WHICH IS THE 3rd TIME I NEEDED THEM AND THIS TIME I WAS TOLD MY POWER WHEELCHAIR IS TOO OLD AND I NEED TO APPLY FOR A NEW POWER WHEELCHAIR WHICH COSTS $6,000+. THE 2 BATTERIES COST $250.00! I DON'T NEED A NEW ONE! I THOUGHT I WOULD SAVE THE TAXPAYERS MONEY AND APPLY INSTEAD FOR A HANDICAPPED SCOOTER WHICH I DID AND MY CLAIM FROM NORIDIAN WAS DENIED BECAUSE I DIDN'T SHOW PROOF, DR.'S DIAGNOSIS, I WAS DISABLED AND NEEDED AID IN MOBILITY! I AM IN SHOCK! I WORKED IN HOSPITALS FOR 20 YEARS SO AM QUITE ACQUAINTED WITH MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY! THE VERY YOUNG AND OBVIOUSLY INEXPERIENCED IN THE MEDICAL FIELD EMPLOYEES AT NORIDIAN THINK AFTER 48 YEARS OF LIVING ON PERMANENT DISABILITY AND 86 YEARS OLD, I DON'T NEED A MOBILITY DEVICE! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE NEWS MEDIA AND MY CONGRESSMAN REGARDING THIS TRAVESTY!

Zero stars for their lack of communication and disregard for the patient.

Staffed by people who do not know how to read. They reject claims when the information is plainly provided. I have appealed two such rejections successfully with Medicare when the staff at Noridian were unable to understand that telehealth means the services did not occur at a physical location. The incompetents at Noridian just rejected two more claims saying I did not provide the physical address where the provider is located on the date of service--again for telehealth claims. They waste time and money.

In March 2022 I met my FULL Medicare deductible of $233.00 for 2022.For four months healthcare costs were paid for with the exception of my reasonable patient share. Beginning in August of 2022 healthcare claims by Noridian were all DENIED with the false allegation that I had not met my 2022 deductible, and costs for EVERY. SINGLE. CLAIM for the rest of the year was applied again to a SECOND deductible for the year 2022 deductible! Contact directly with Medicare and their representative looked at my records and agreed that I was being improperly denied coverage, but also informed me that I had to go through the appeal process through Noridian directly.First level appeal accompanied by paper records from Noridian proving in THEIR OWN RECORDS that my deductible had IN FACT been met in March of 2022 were ignored and my appeal was denied!Second level appeal with the same records was again denied! Third and final appeal was not able to be filed because according to Noridian the cost of my effectively STOLEN MONEY as a result of their lies was not sufficient to be considered.IMO this is a result of the new regime taking punitive actions against any White, straight, legal, male, conservative, patriotic, American citizen!

These people open mail which was misdelivered to them by their local post office. They photocopied the sensitive info and mailed it to me and kept my originals. Have these people everHeard of the word forward or return to sender. ??! Outrageous and a breach of my privacy.

My personal review of Noridian HealthCare Solutions, the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) is as follows: For the last 18 months, I have been dealing with the Medicare Advanced Resolution Center and several of its representatives in this specific Medicare department. The claim has been 'escalated' at least 3 times and my current representative, specifically Ms. 'R' has re-escalated the same claim of physician medicare billing 'abuse' TWICE within the last 7 months. The unprofessional and INEPT handling of this single claim submitted by the Medicare Advanced Resolution Center to Noridian HealthCare Solutions has been astounding to say the least! Ms.'R' contacted me on May 5, 2021 and inquired if I had received 'the letter' from Noridian. I responded, 'what letter'. She went on to say that after she electronically escalated the claim AGAIN in January 2021, Noridian had confirmed with the Medicare Advance Solutions rep that the case #such & such should not have been closed by them and will be resolved expeditiously. Ms. 'R' was told by a Noridian representative that a letter will also be sent to the claimant/patient, namely me, stating same. I now understand that this confirmation of the aforementioned scenario took place in FEBRUARY 2021, over 2 1/2 months ago! What? Where is the letter? Is this how Noridian deals with the Advanced Medicare Resolution Center and Medicare patients? No solution, no resolution, only 'gaslighting' of Medicare patients on the part of Noridian? The physician has VIOLATED his contract with Medicare invoicing and accepting full payment(s) from the patient as well as Medicare payments. I realize that the AMA is not interested in Billing disputes, but since Medicare is involved, maybe this will be an exception. My other option is to contact the Medical Board of California who will investigate this physician's fraudulent billing claim. No doubt Noridian-Medicare will hear from a representative of that Board after I have presented them with the same thick file I have sent via Certified Mail three times to the Benefit Integrity Team (Noridian) in Fargo, ND 58108. Am I the only Medicare patient this has happened to?
