My father & I needed to make copies and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smiley face & a warm welcome from Rachael. She quickly stepped in to ask if we needed help with anything & she took time to show us how to use the self service printing machine. Rachael was wonderful & her customer service skills are on point! I’ll be coming to 13th ave Office Depot for all of my printing now. Thanks Rachael & Office Depot for a great experience! :)

My recent experience left me with a never going back attitude. I have my personal daily planner printed here the last couple of years for always the same price, about $12.00. My most recent printing for the same exact planner and amount of pages ended up being $48.72 and that is after they gave me a 20% discount. Wow!

Bought a nice woodgrain filing cabinet on clearance. Rachel was wonderful and despite this cabinet not wanting to get into my car, she managed to get it in for me.
