I needed a new office chair and had an idea of what I wanted but had a few questions. A young employee was walking by and stopped everything to answer my questions. She immediately assisted me to checkout and then cheerfully offered and carried my purchase out to my vehicle! The young lady was very sincere in conversation and friendliness!

Had to ship twelve boxes to my new home last minute and they all arrived by end of next business day as predicted. The cost was more competitive than usps or pastas mail and more reliable. The customer service, especially in the print and ship department, is exceptional!!!

Very helpful customer service. There was a mistake in a print job I was picking up and they reprinted it right away with no extra charge. Also, they have a great selection of pens.
