I will give one complement here that Bill working the desk is good at his job... their incompetent service manager Jamie is a joke. Took truck in and they found I had a cracked rim. They put my spare on. When I got a new rim they put it on but didn't put my spare away saying I broke the thing that holds my spare. I said u guys touched it I didn't. It worked last time I used it.... was then told to get it in first thing Monday morning to look at it and get it fixed. Called at 4pm and they still haven't looked at it. Jamie then said well its a 2015 so it probably just quit working... so you buy the parts and we'll put it in... really.... you guys break it tell me you'll look at it and didn't then drop the cost on me? Well thanks for the heads up my wife's jeep needed tires, my daughter's car won't be getting them there. My brother also not taking his yukon there and my 2 friends with their chevy pick ups. Easily lost over $6k in business. But apparently you don't care.

Always top notch service at this location! The guys at the front desk are just as good as the labor crew. They've always accommodated to every situation, regardless of how complex. Can't beat the prices either!

I am a long time customer of Ok Tire! I would love to give a huge shout out to Billy and his crew! That’s my go to guy for anything I need! I buy wheels and tires for everything I own and Billy is the guy to always help me out. He and his crew really outdid themselves with this one though! I’ll post a pic and let you guy decide

I took my ford Explorer for new tires, i went for economy & i guess they accidently ordered midgrade & just charged me the economy price, i apreciate them not making me wait & im very happy with the tires especially for the discount..

First time going to OK Tire and this will definitely be my go-to store from now on. I had a nail in one tire and though they were very busy I was out in 40 minutes. Customer service is exceptional! I also appreciated that they offer a roomy, clean waiting area.

I've used OK Tire for new tires on my pick-up, and today, I had them replace the rims on my new Telluride. Jamie M was great to work with through the ordering process. And today, before loading up the old rims in my SUV he called to make sure it was okay first. He took time to make sure my new vehicle was safe. I really appreciated that. Got my vehicle back and it looks great. They do a great job. Go to them!!

One of our team members had a punctured tire. We called OK Tire and they not only came to the rescue but provided top notch service every step of the way. We talked to three different people throughout the day and they were all friendly and supportive. The communication was so appreciated! I had a screw in my tire and was flat, and I needed to get it fixed before our trip to the lakes! I called and Jamie said he could get it in right away this morning. Dropped it off and it was fixed within 30 minutes!Best customer service and tire shop in town! THANK YOU!
