Once Upon A Child Fargo is a store for buying and selling kids' items. Many customers enjoy shopping there, finding it a great way to save money on children's clothes and reduce their carbon footprint. Reviews frequently mention finding good deals. However, experiences with selling items are mixed. Some sellers report frustration, feeling they receive very low offers for clean, like-new items with tags still attached, and find the computer-generated pricing system unclear and unexplained. Customer service receives conflicting feedback, with some shoppers finding the staff always friendly, while others describe them as unfriendly, lacking customer service skills, and acting as if customers are an inconvenience. Sellers sometimes choose to donate their items instead.
Sometimes I find good deals but as far as selling stuff goes, I don't why I even bother. I don't get why they reject so much clean, like-new, items that are on par with everything else they're selling. Whatever. I'll donate it.

Love selling/shopping for kids stuff there however staff is always so unfriendly, they don't smile at you or talk to you, they have zero customer service skills.
