So they wouldn't take any of my stuff but they didn't have the common courtesy to refold everything back after I had just already washed everything and folded it. Them and Plato's Closet I will not do business with anymore

I enjoy shopping here! Everyone is always friendly. I just wish they would be able to explain their pricing system when selling to them. I recently sold 3 sets with tags still attached and a pair of like new boots. I was offered $6. I asked the girl helping me about how or who decides what to offer and was told it's computer generated. Of course, I am able to not accept the offer and move on but these items have just been sitting in a closet. I just want some enlightenment on how the offers work.

I had a great selling & shopping experience today. Found 11 items for $55 including brands like Zara, BabyGap, H&M and Hannah Anderson!

Staff was not very helpful when dropping off my items. I called ahead to ensure they would take items but failed to mention details that would have been helpful prior to hauling a crib there. When I arrived staff didn’t know what to do so I stood there for ten minutes until someone finally turned me away (which is whatever, but would’ve just been helpful to know information prior to arriving).

We drove 100 miles as we don’t have a shop like this. I brought 2 totes full of twin boy clothes under 2 years, no stains and barely worn cuz they grew fast. There were some toys in good condition. All they took were the shoes and an elephant walker toy. I called ahead of time and they told me they needed boy clothes desperately but didn’t even look through the totes. The clothes were exactly how I folded them. Their clothes on the racks were actually more worn then mine. It’s rude not even looking at our stuff. Not going back. Not worth our time. It’s very insulting. Rude people

Bad experience with some stuff I took to sell. They kept a playmat and just out 1 piece in the bag when I went to pick it up, then said I should donate an item to the woman's shelter, without thinking that maybe if I'm selling it it's because I need the money. Then, I emailed the owner about my issue and no response back.

Purchase or sell your gently used children's items here. The prices are a lot lower than what you would pay for the items newer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The carpeted aisles are easy to navigate as well. The selling process is fairly easy and can be done while you shop. The items available vary but I've seen strollers, swings, toys, bassinets, carriers, books, and of course clothes.

Do NOT shop at any Once Upon A Child locations! My store in Fargo is falsely advertising 10 for 10 on ALL clearance items, but when I went shopping there yesterday with my hubby, we grabbed 10 items, all with clearance tags ( yellow outlined & orange, both found in marked clearance sections) only to be told at the register that the sale was only for the yellow clearance items. I did not complete my purchase, I mentioned their sign was unclear. Today, I commented on their advertisement, and they immediately blocked me on Facebook. Now, I'm a mom, who doesn't appreciate being mislead, and that was all I was trying to point out. I certaintly want rude online, or in person, but apparently blocking customers who ask for clarification, is how they choose to do business. Please spend your money other places. As mom's, we're too tired for this kind of intentional confusion!

I used to love going but not any more. as I went a few days ago and one employee was pretty rude to us. They had an advertised sale, that only excluded orange tags and equipment and included all clothes and toys with yellow tags and when I got to the counter she said my clothing items didn't count even though it followed what they personally had advertised. When I showed the lady the sign they wrote she shrugged her shoulders and said it didn't count for mine. Very rude and disrespectful. Not worth the poor treatment and false advertisement.

This place is awesome! Every time I go I find great deals on infant clothing and onesies. The staff are always friendly and sweet when I check out. It’s been my favorite store to baby shop at since we found out we were expecting.

Brought toy box and name brand clothes. Thought it was funny that they went through all my clothes in 10 mins. Went to pick up all my clothes were left in the same order I left it. Didn’t take toy box not even my daughters birks that she work maybe 5 times. When I asked why they didn’t take anything they claimed odor. I went home and smelled all my clothes (bc odor is a big insecurity with me) and I smelled nothing on my clothes. Have never had this issue in the past. I am very disappointed just due to the fact the clothes were not even touched
