Love this salon! Employees are always friendly, store is always clean, and the bulbs are changed routinely. The membership/packages are a little pricey but they take care of you so you definitely get what you pay for!

If you are feeling pale and want to walk out feeling bronze and radiant, this is your place! There spray tans are customized to you and make you bronze immediately and there sunless beds are top notch!! I highly recommend this place if a tan is what you are looking for. Friendly, knowledgeable staff too!!

EDITED TO ADD: I was contacted by management of PBT and their customer service was incredible! They made this wrong, right, and even added a free month. Kudos for handling things so professionally! Thank you! I have had a membership here for years at $89.95 a month. The gal did a great job up selling me. I am not a frequent tanner, in fact tried to tan today after an 11 month hiatus. I was told my membership was active, but there was a time in the interim I got a new card number and their funds didn't transfer from the account due to my card number being stolen and closed. So today even though I just paid the $89.95 a month fee, could not tan, and they wanted $200-some to bypass. What? No. Horrible billing system. They've collected over $1000 from me in this last nearly one year got zero minutes of tanning. They have nice beds but my advice is do NOT get trapped into a membership, total scam!!!

Hailey helped me out. I was a first time customer. She provided exceptional customer service and was very knowledgeable. They even gave me a free spray tan. The environment was relaxed, professional and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Just had worst customer service! Called to request hold, staff explained there was a fee. I was shocked, since when I signed up Staff said it's FREE to hold & FREE to reactivate. After telling her..she literally just laughed at me..oh and I was charged last few times I found out lol No apology for misinformation or miscommunication. Canceling membership, not because of a few dollars in fees lol I am just NOT giving $ to a company who employs people like that. A simple I am sorry would have went a long way. Glad call was recorded friends and family laughed just as hard as staff did!Update: Nobody called or responded after "owner" requested further information via email. Probably fell out of their chair from laughing so hard. Hope their business goes under. 1 Star ? will stay. Goes to show they all travel the same wave length. Atleast they look good on the outside, rotten inside.Service: Tanning

Grant and his entire team are always so welcoming and pleasant when you come in. I am a HUGE fan of the Sunless Spray Tanning. I usually go before big events or anytime I need a kiss of color. Highly recommend!!!

This location and the corporate office are criminal. Palm Beach has been stealing $5.50 a month from me for over a year. I tried canceling over the phone due to covid. This location told me I couldn't, I had to mail a letter or come in person. I moved to Phoenix. Even if I wanted to show up in person, it was impossible. So I sent a support email and I mailed a letter to the location and to their corporate office. After several months of trying to cancel, I finally had to close my credit card and open a new account just to get a charge to stop! This is where it gets even worse. 2 months after I opened my new card, the auto payment of $5.50 started being taken out again. When I called my bank, they stating that MasterCard allows for companies to reacquire customer credit info in the event they change cards and forget to update the company. This is insane! It completely makes my bank helpless to stop the reoccurring charge. They have been manually rejecting the charge with disputes every month. I do not want to cancel my credit card again, I want to stop this company from stealing my money during a pandemic when I am out of work and near homeless trying to feed my family. Why would a company do this to anyone that simply would like to cancel a service. PALM BEACH TAN corporate stores will rip you off! DO NOT spend your hard earned money there. Too many other places that will not continuously find ways to steal from you. It has been a very very long fight for me...please save yourself the trouble and do business elsewhere.
