THIS ELD IS GARBAGE.It can't handle rough roads, loses connection, then tries to flag violations before one approaches a Weigh Station. The service attached to it is mediocre, at best, and they can't even help entirely when one of the apps on the ELD goes down.In 15 years of driving, I've never had so much trouble with an ELD.

Zero Star if I could. The ELD we use is the tablet. They are prone to having the batteries explode inside and destroy the $600 tablet. 5/6 so far. Their only excuse is that it gets too hot from sitting in the truck during the summer. I guess they didn't think the the ELOG was going to be inside the truck at all. Worst customer service you could imagine. They never have a solution for you only to make you troubleshoot and spend more money on a product with known faults. If I would have know they had issues with their system being inside a truck cab I would never had given them a look. They stand behind nothing. Do yourself a favor find another product for your fleet needs.

We have been very happy with the services that Pedigree has been providing for us over the last 3 years. If I have had any issues they have taken care of it right away. Their customer service and support has been on spot through the years.

Pedigree is our ELD systems here at Truck West, LLC. We went with Pedigree after having some issues with another provider and could not get the issues resolved. Overall, the Pedigree system is as good as any can be. I have some issues here and there. The system can be finicky sometimes and that can create some consternation among the drivers. The customer service department does a fairly good job of resolving the issues when they come up. The actual use of the ELD has a learning curve and it is a bit more involved than some of the other ELD systems out there. Once you have overcome the learning curve it is easy to use. The Dispatching side of the system is comfortable to work with and has a learning curve to it as well. Pedigree has a pretty good interactive training series of videos and when the videos fail to help there is always a person to walk you through if needed. There is never a “perfect” system out there. Something will always be a frustration. Pedigree does a good job in making sure that most of those frustrations are addressed before they become a real problem. Would I recommend the system? Absolutely.

I been with them for one year now. I always get error on my eld most of the time I won't read the miles of my truck. When you edit fuel adding address it's not working. When you call support the only answer you get we can't do nothing. They send me wrong cable i had to stop at their place when it was snowy. Got fixed but not reading odometer as I said earlier the worst company I ever used. I would had big 0 star on this company
