After moving to the Fargo area, we tried a few different facilities, but none compared—Prairie Dog is truly a perfect fit for our pups. Whether it’s daycare, boarding, or grooming, we’ve had consistently great experiences across the board. The staff is not only professional and reliable, but genuinely kind and caring. They’ve worked patiently with our dogs, who are both rescues, helping them feel safe and confident enough to enjoy daycare, which makes bringing them somewhere outside of the home so much easier. They are always communicative and happy to answer my questions and address any concerns that arise. Our dogs are always excited to go, and we love all the extra touches—holiday events, themed parties, adorable yearbooks, and frequent Snapchat story updates so we can see our pups having a blast. While we do wish there were facility cameras for more peace of mind, the daily snaps are a great alternative. The groomers also always do such a great job with our pups and all their golden fur! Prairie Dog treats our dogs like family, and we’re forever grateful for the care, support, and love they show. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for their four-legged companions. ❤?

Fargo Boarding & Grooming

Our worries were put to rest though, as the staff were kind enough to send us an update, and C.C. was clean, happy, and seemingly stress-free upon our return! It's clear that they care a great deal for the pets in their care. :) Highly recommended!

Dr. Toftelund has always been spot on in her diagnosis and treatment, and just as important has always done so with exceptional compassion. The rest of the staff, and especially Becky, has also been extremely kind and caring. I cannot recommend their practice highly enough. Thank you for your great care!

It was a great decision because everyone is super friendly and great with our dogs. They were exceptionally compassionate when we had to put my baby to sleep, we literally couldn’t stop crying and they were super supportive and helpful when it came to creamated her and having momentos of her. Would definitely recommend this vet for your fur babies

3210 Main Ave, FargoI came here twice so far. My male cat is generally very nice but with his kidney issue he was a bit more touchy. The staff was very kind to us.
More so impressed with my most recent visit. I have a very anxious and unpredictable siamese female. She has been needing to get seen but she was kicked out of her last vet we saw here in Fargo for being "aggressive". I told the staff that prior to us coming and they were more than helpful with the entire process. Turns out my "agressive" cat was having pain and the other vet office just deemed her "aggressive"
Shes very timid and sweet but was having issues with grooming and having us groom her, we thought it was just old age and anxiety, and if it wasn't for the staff and our very helpful vet (I can't remember her name) we would have never known she was having pain I'm her hips and her back.
They really took their time with her and didn't push her beyond what she was comfortable with.
We are excited to come back!

3317 Fiechtner Dr, FargoI love Down Dog Studios! I first brought my adult rescue dog (Zula) there a couple years ago because she was very skittish and not very confident. By the end of the basic class she was an awesome student and learned so much. They use clicker training and positive reinforcement and it worked so well for Zula. This year we got a Labrador puppy (Goose). He did both puppy classes and I feel they are really going to set him up to be an amazing dog. He learned a lot of skilled like being introduced to new objects and vet equipment, how to play with other dogs, and basic commands. I will recommend anyone with a dog to give them a try.

Benny did the day training program with Hailey and he has shown growth with his confidence, problem solving and engagement with us! We also were able to learn so many things in order to be the leader our highly energetic, busy boy needs in order to be successful in all environments! Benny will definitely be sticking with the SK9 pack for other services! Would highly recommend this facility!!

Happy At Home Pet Sitting
748 50th St S, FargoWe used Happy at Home Pet Sitting quite a bit. We have since moved from Fargo, but wanted to write a review of how great this service is. We received pictures of our dogs and cat while away and nice messages about how they are doing. Pick ups and drop offs were a breeze. At one point we had a home stop in to check on our cat while having our dog stay with Happy at Home at her place. Fargo is lucky to have this service!

Fetchers
3521 39th St S, FargoI boarded my five cats with Fetchers for over 3 weeks. They were amazing. They were polite, professional, friendly, and most importantly they treated my babies like their own. They were well fed, well treated, well loved, and had a great time. I was sent picture updates every 3 days with little messages regarding their stay and it was awesome. They even kept them for an extra night so I could arrange a proper pickup. I would recommend boarding your kitties with Fetchers if you’re concerned about leaving your kitties for a long period. I had to take this trip and I was so concerned for their safety and wellbeing but Fetchers made it easier to sleep at night knowing my kitties were well taken care of and loved. I would definitely recommend especially if you have multiple kitties. Thanks so much Fetchers!

Food was fast, fresh, and flavorful and the restaurant was packed with plenty of to go orders going out too. We really enjoyed our meal there. I’m excited to dine at our local Northside Thai restaurant more in the future.
They brought our little guy a typical wooden high chair (with working buckle).

I tried the croissant and a slice of cheesecake — both were buttery and not too sweet, which I liked. The staff was friendly, though it was a bit busy so service took a few extra minutes. The place smells amazing when you walk in, like fresh bread and sugar. Prices are fair for the quality. Would definitely come back to try their coffee and a few other desserts next time.

3125 41st St S, FargoWe absolutely love Rain Days. This is a happy place for our Ace, an one year old English cream golden retriever. Easter and James are always friendly and helpful. They take great care of the dogs. Ace goes there for daycare and boarding. Recently, Ace boarded at Rainy Days for about four weeks and he had a great time there. We are happy to have Rainy Days in Fargo.
