“Awesome place. However, sure would be nice if just ONCE, I called them and they answered. Their recorded greeting says "by appointment only". How do I make an appointment when you don't answer your phone? They will take walk-ins for small jobs, but the last couple of times I took my dogs over there, they weren't even open.”
“Very friendly. Did a really good job on my dog and paid attention to his weak spots where he has pain. He is also 15 years old and they treated him very well. They even went above and beyond by carrying my purchases to the car when I had my hands too full.

“i typically don’t like to get small animals from pet stores because many times, they end up sick, injured, or just poorly bred and sold for money. i wanted to adopt their remaining two male rats because i felt bad for them (and missed having rats), and i want to say the worker there genuinely did care for the rats it seemed. he was knowledgeable on their age and health status and informed me that while they don’t tend to have the time to socialize their rats, the breeder they buy from produces really nice rats that usually aren’t skittish. i brought these guys home and they were of course nervous, but VERY quickly warmed up to me. they love bobbing their heads to music and running around my room and playing with their toys in their cage. i feel like i looked sketchy buying only the rats and food because i had stuff at home, but they are very loved ? highly recommend this place over petco or petsmart for small animals!!”

“Great store with items for MANY animals. Have a grooming center and don't forget to check the clearance bins, some great finds in there often.
I also love the fact that you can donate money for a treat and toy pack for the local shelter. I make sure to buy a treat/toy one every time I go. Please consider doing so. It's a really cheap way to do something great for a shelter pet! ?”
