If it’s possible to give a 0 star review, I would. Canceled my appointment without clarifying with me 2 days before my wedding— I called earlier in the day to see if they could get me in any earlier, but never was there a conversation about cancelling. They offered me nothing for the inconvenience. The lady never even said sorry for the miscommunication. Their messaging system didn’t even alert me that they had canceled on their end. I cannot say anything nice about this business or the employees. Do not waste your business here.

The technician I've gone to a couple times is great. Everyone is friendly. It's as clean as any nail salon, and the decor is cute. I just think it's a little suss that I've never seen an Asian nail technician there, when there are a lot of Asian nail technicians in Fargo.

Just O.k. Had mani/pedi done a few days ago. Nails look ok- BUT uneven lengths and polish does not even go all the way up to cuticle so already looks like mani/pedi is a week or so old. Also there was no cuticle clean up(which was very much needed after neglecting my nails for the last year!) or massage done. Salon itself has also gone downhill in the last year or so- Very noticeably dirty and no upkeep in the asthetic.

Thank you Polished Nail Spa for having me & my family/friends prior to my wedding day on 9.5.24! We loved having the space to all be together getting our nails done all while drinking mimosas & having some breakfast! All the girls absolutely loved their nails! Thank you for such a fun morning :)

I really, really wanted to like this salon after being disappointed by my last salon. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the entire place was really dirty. Dust everywhere (it's a nail salon and gets dusty so I was willing to give some grace), scuffed and bare walls, dirty trash can and sink area- overall uninviting. I trucked on, hoping that maybe the nails would be worth it. I will give my nail tech credit, they were super nice and very friendly. 5 stars for personality and conversation. However, I could tell from the moment they laid the acrylic that it was going to be a long mani. I was there for an hour and a half for a full set. When I say my nails were SORE the rest of the day and into the next day!! I was happy with the shape on my right hand but my tech rushed through my left hand, leaving them uneven. Also- the acrylic never came anywhere near my cuticle so my fresh, brand new set looked a week and a half old when I left. The picture I have attached is from today (Wednesday) and I got my brand new fresh set on Saturday. I already need a fill. I will continue my search for a new salon.

I have seen Anna for months to decide on my wedding nails. Not only is she a kind, caring human being but she is wonderful to talk to. She is thoughtful and gives good advice. We tried 6 different nail designs and decided on the final ones. I got many compliments from friends and family on my nails! And they looked stunning with my wedding dress. Anna is truly the best. :)

My friends and I went to get our nails done it was a great experience! I am not from the area and got a gel manicure and they did such a fantastic job! The prices are also really affordable compared to what I have paid in the past!

I came in a for a gel pedicure for myself and my young daughter. They charge full price regardless of your child's age. Also, my pedicurist had to wrestle with the bundle of cords so she could plug in the UV light. The cords were COVERED in dust bunnies. As she wrestled with the cords, she dropped the base coat polish brush on the floor and still used it on my toes which grossed me out after seeing the state the floor/cords were in. Lastly, I feel for the price, they don't do enough with your cuticles. I got my toenails clipped, filed, and they sanded the top. More attention should have been given to the cuticles. The service was alright, but I think you could get your money's worth elsewhere in town.

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. It's been years since I've felt like treating myself to a nice pedicure. This establishment left me needing another pedicure from their awful pedicure. The person trimmed my nails. No file, no nothing! My original polish wasn't even completely removed. The new polish didn't make it a day before it began to chip. I won't spend another dime of my hard earned money here.
