I was looking for a new pair of sneakers and decided to check out this shoe store last week. The place was clean, well organized, and had a nice selection of brands to choose from. The staff wasn’t pushy but were helpful when I asked about sizes and comfort options. Prices seemed fair compared to other places I’ve been to. I ended up finding a pair that fits great and feels super comfy. Overall, a good shopping experience — I’d probably come back when I need another pair.

You get what you pay for. Red wings are quality work boots. Wouldn't have anything else on my feet.

Overall not impressed. I don’t have much to say about the shoes but the service was not great. We walked in and stood for 5mins at least and were questioning if anyone was working someone came out and saw we were there and walked back into the back room again before we could ask a question or say hi. After a few more mins of waiting someone came out and stood behind the counter but still didn’t acknowledge us even tho we were the only people in the store. After we said hi the sales associate gave us a nod but still didn’t offer any help. Finally we asked if she would assist us. It felt like we were pulling teeth to get help. She didn’t offer any input when we asked questions to try and find a boot that would work best for us. This was our first time at this location after hearing great reviews. We will definitely make the drive to other locations is this is the customer experience this store has to offer. Very unimpressed and disappointed.

My better half had purchased a pair of Irish Setter work boots while he was out of the state, on a job late last year. He wore them 90 minutes before realizing they were not going to be what he needed. So two months go by, and then he asks me to try to get them returned through the Fargo store. I had my doubts, considering he misplaced his receipt, and the fact that it had been quite some time since he'd purchased them. After reaching out to their main office I was able to explain the dilemma. Within hours of my call, we were picking up a replacement pair.
Red Wing really made us feel like our satisfaction was their number one priority.

Went in today because my Rio Flex's were a half size too big and the sales associate walked through two different options a size down and exchanged the boots without hassle. Couldn't have been happier!
