I made my reservation online in advance, when I arrived at the rental location the woman at the counter was unable to perform any job functions beyond greeting us. She had to call someone to know what to do next, the person on the phone cancelled my reservation & changed the mileage rate from 19 cents to 89 cents. Thankfully I noticed the change before driving away with the truck. More phone calls ensued, the woman on the phone couldn't authorize changing the mileage rate back to what the online price was so she had to call a manager. The manager offered me 100 free miles, which because of the long distance I was traveling was still much more expensive than my online reservation would have been. I ended up canceling & not renting a truck from them at all & I never will. Avoid this Ryder location at all costs.

i made appointment at 7:00 am , they came at 8:00am. they didnt change my tires ! too lazy and rude emploes. im waitng 3 hours , one guy change 3 tires too long and smoking outside every 10 min.

Failure to return phone messages prior to pick up date....strike 1. I was told I would be able to pick up early possibly, early didn't happen fine but then the CSR was late (did't open branch on time) on pick up day...Strike 2. Called and spoke to another extension at the branch and received this explanation: "she called and is running behind, she will be here in a bit".... Not.... "how can I help" or "I can let your guys in (door locked) and start the paperwork"....Strike 3
