i waited over an hour and a half in the waiting room for a covid and influenza test for the doctor to tell me i’m fine without even testing me even though i’ve been exposed to multiple people with covid over the last week and have symptoms of covid. i asked him if he could still at least test me because i work with children and at least wanted to be safe and he told me to just get some rest and gargle salt water. great job guys.

Almost everyone was really nice and friendly and helpful to get through the day. However the elderly lady at the front was a bit rude and talked down to me. Overall thankful for their help!

The front desk stopped me on my way in, because I had my service dog with me. She was wearing her Vest & has a leash that says Service Dog. The desk Lady loudly asks is that a service dog. I reply, Yes. Then she responds with "What service does the dog provide you? Do you have an appointment here?" I quietly respond "hearing." She goes What? I say "Hearing alert dog. Your not legally allowed to ask me what she does? Yes, I have a Dr appointment." She argues back that they are allowed to, at this place! I get my sticker, saying Service Dog Acess, & go to my Dr appointment.I know legally they are NOT allowed to ask me what Service my Dog provides. Because that is my personal health information. I should not have been asked that at all, let alone the main lobby in front of a bunch of people.

Very disappointed in my experience with this clinic for pediatric orthopedic! We had to drive over 2 hours just to come here for my son. we got called back for our app, and ended up waiting over an hour for someone to even come in. Even when someone came in they apologized for the wait and that the dr was pretty behind. it was very unprofessional that they couldn't even notify us of the over extended waiting he was very behind. We ended up walking out of the room and headed back for home. I would not recommend them to anyone for pediatric orthopedic!

These people leave me a voicemail at 1:32pm on a Friday asking if I can reschedule an appointment for the following Monday to the morning instead of at 1pm. Less than a 24 hour notice!? Maybe a little heads up?! I live an hour and a half away. Now I don't have the surgery scheduled on the mychart after confirming it through an email I received.

I had fallen and had various leg muscles pulled and got bursitis so was not moving around much. I got a steroid shot and about 10 days later my pain in my leg lessened quite a bit. I was going to go to work and I was having a struggle to breathe. I couldn't catch my breath.I decided to go to urgent care. The doctor was very thorough. I was sure they were going to say "*panic attact". After x-rays they did a CAT scan. I had blood clots that were a result of my leg injury. That doctor saved my life!! I have had great and thorough experience every time I have gone there.Sanford Urgent Care ROCKS

They refused to see me because of my cardiac issues in the past. The nurse said that I need to leave and go to another facility that would be able to treat my conditions. When I was only there to be seen for an ACL that is torn. Please tell me what I am missing with this patient care. They don’t even deserve a one star. My suggestion is if you are in a state that has another hospital. I would never choose Sanford. You have better luck going to a facility that actually has patient care as a priority.

I usually don’t leave reviews but, I have to for these guys. What a wonderful group. All of the staff at Sanford. From my home clinic in Lisbon to the orthopedic and mri staff at the hospital. Just awesome. Stacey Walton and her group to Dr Kevin Dahl and his team. They explain everything so good and answer all the questions and help with paperwork for my job. I’m glad I have Sanford for my provider!

I went into urgent Care walk-in clinic on South University. When I walked in I was greeted by Tricia who was absolutely fantastic when she took my insurance information, she is always extremely kind! I got in quick I got into orthopedics quick and out the door I went!

My mother has dementia. She had a total knee replacement done at this facility. While the nurses were great and polite and her Dr did amazing because of her dementia they wanted to find her a nursing home to rehabilitate at. She was in their care for a week and I guess was not the best patient. I live in Aberdeen SD and had to go home for that week and when I came to see her they insisted that she'd be better at home. Never was I told that her dementia would be a hundred times worse. I feel they rushed me to take her instead of waiting till the next day when a nursing home had agreed to take her because they wanted to get rid of her. Also she is very hard of hearing and I showed the nurse on duty before I left how to charge her hearing aids. They never in the entire week she was there charged them or even took them out of her ears. The nurse on duty the day she was discharged told me he was unaware she even had hearing aids. I think they were very unprofessional.

I got charged $118.00 for a phone call to Dr Hvidston. I did not know my insurance would not pay on this. I would have made an appointment and come in instead so it would be paid. I am not happy about this. I am still having trouble with my knee since surgery.

Walk in Ortho gave me poor service. Claimed I only had severe sprain to foot/ankle, a couple weeks later I finally went to other facility and new xrays taken. I have multiple fractures in my foot and ankle. They didnt even take xrays of area i told them i had most pain. Given no pain medication. Had 8-9 pain out of 10. Told to take tylenol and ice area. Documentation was different than what I was verbally told. Had to go to Sanford Equip to get right size of cam boot as the Ortho clinic put a one on me that was way too big and gal didn't listen to me when I told the her it was gouging me in the back of knee. Had to go out again and in so much pain, they should have fit the cam boot correctly in the first place.
