I’ve paid the same bill of 19.18 three times. They keep indicating it is overdue. As someone with clinical anxiety, this is so wrong. I pay my bills, this if 19.18. I’ve paid it! Get your billing figured out. This is ridiculous and epically sub par.

went for blood draw. First ladies in check in hardly said Hi.Got brought back and the heavy female who took my blood didnt even say Hi. Put a band aid on my arm, no coban and sent me out. Started bleeding as I walked out.Went back and a male nurse was shocked she didnt wrap my arm.Bad experience.

I switched from Sanford internal medicine to Sanford family medicine because my doctor at internal medicine left. Now at family medicine, I am trying to re-establish care and get back on my ADHD medication. I am traveling to Italy and would really like to be back on my medication before the trip. Sanford was great and got me in for a last minute appointment on Wednesday, June 13th. I meet with my new Doctor and do a urinalysis and fill out a release of information form for my last provider (not Sanford) to provide medical history to Sanford so they can prescribe my medication. Then on Thursday, I call in to check the progress and Sanford Family Medicine tells me that I still need to fill out the authorization for release of information. I told them I had left it with the gentleman working the front desk. They told me “I don’t know who you left it with, but we have never had a gentleman working the front desk.” (I have since learned that there indeed was a man working at the front desk, however, Sanford still hasn’t found that authorization). After trying to deal with Sanford (waiting 8 hours for the nurse to call me back) I get a new authorization for release of information from my old provider and send it directly to them on on Monday, via fax. They are responsive and send my file to Sanford one day later. (Now Tuesday morning of the 19th).I spend all day Tuesday and most of Wednesday trying to get a hold of someone, and finally go in Wednesday afternoon to try to get someone to talk to me. After sitting there for 2 hours I finally am told that they must have misplaced the records faxed from my previous provider. My doctor does meet with me even though we don’t have an appointment, but she tells me she doesn’t feel comfortable even giving me a two week supply to make it through my trip. This is somewhat understandable, but after everything Sanford had put me through I was hoping to appeal to my doctor’s sense of decency or desire to care for her patients in unorthodox ways during extenuating circumstances. So here I am, about to leave on my trip tomorrow morning without the medication I’ve been on for the last 11 years of my life.I would like to say that I understand my medication is sensitive (Adderall) and also, while I found the staff completely unhelpful most of the time, they were polite and professional. I just thought it was worth writing this review to warn people that they may not be taken care of at Sanford Family medicine.-Evan Ackerman

Sanford cut my friends liver causing her permanent liver damage and instead of fixing it or covering the costs of another entity fixing it, they left her high and dry. She ended up being served (yes served court papers) for a $1500 bill. Sanford is the literal worst. If you love you family, take them literally anywhere else.

For hospitals, I'd say this one is actually on the higher end of the spectrum. Unlike others, staff seemed more inviting. felt comfortable during my appointment and everything went smoothly. Only a 4 star because some of the staff are still pretty testy. There are always a few...

There are only 3 reviews on here? Hmmm...I was charged twice for the exact same thing doubling my bill. Exact. Same. Codes. Twice. Could it be because I was paying cash? No, that couldn't be right because that would mean they are trying to recoup the loss from a cash patient from over billing insurance companies. Double dipping is insurance fraud and illegal so I'm sure it's not that. Probably just a $800 miscalculation on my part. After all, they were so nice on the phone telling me these are their normal billing practices.

Of all of the Sanford's in Fargo this sight is the most convenient.
