Living in Fargo we are so lucky to have Scheels Home & Hardware. Going here we always find what we are looking for. But more than that, you get customer service better than anywhere else in Fargo. Shopping for a mower Ezra provided the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable customer service you could ask for. 5 stars doesn't even cover it, thank you!

I went into the store to look at zero turn mowers, found one I liked and spoke with a salesman, said it would be the next day and someone would call so I left my number, next day came and got a call, ordered a brand new one and paid over the phone, said it would take few days to get in and ready to pickup, called 9 days later and had them check on the condition, by the way I live 2 hrs away so was trying to go with the reputation and I work in the area, wanted to see if it was in and ready to have my wife drive in on Saturday with the trailer to pick up, was told it never got ordered due to communication issues, said they ordered another and would be in the following week, called the following week and couldn't give me a response, called back few days later and they had received a response but nobody called to inform me, I was told it would be another week and half for it to arrive this time they told me comminication issues again, I already waited 3 weeks from initial purchase. I said i want a refund and it was returned.

It is apparently too expensive for me to enter store. I had found trays for my oven covers(metal & they were only a few bucks)but better bring a hat when entering store for next time. I always get an attitude form staff like this an expensive restaurant only for rich or celeberties.

I got a call from a customer that was picking out a kitchen faucet at your 13th Ave home and hardware location . A store employee helped the patron to look up a plumber and called our business . Thanks for the referral and supporting local businesses ! Much appreciated Your friends at Plumbwise.

I really can’t say enough good about Scheels H&H. Every department you walk through there is a friendly face that knows exactly what they’re talking about. I’m looking at upgrading chainsaws and while looking, one of the mechanics took time out of his day just to chat with me. Compliments to staff and management for developing a professional, friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere. I’ve made my big purchases here in the past and will continue to do so as the support and care put into customer service is second to none.

Shoe scales need updating or are shoe manufacturers each using their individual scales? Ended up with a good fitting pair of shoes just nowhere near what the scale showed?
