    Attempting to pay a bill with this place is insane. Hey Ebony got a secret to tell you...IF THE PERSON IS NOT IN DON'T TRANSFER ME TO A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT JUST FOR KICKS.     Called left messages no one bothered to call back so I emailed a complaint went to the person who was responsible for the non response so she felt the need to tell me how they were there to help and argue the point of excuses why after 12 hours I still had no response until she responded to my complaint via email.     the best part is when you relapse and get discharged. having nowhere to go and you get to live in the bus stop across the street :) great acoustics
