could have rated T-Mobile a zero it would have been a higher rating than they deserve. They lied about " no contracts" and play games rather than give service. They make you buy a charger block and cord with the free new phone rather than give you them with to you. When you "Buy" a free phone they say they give you....read the service contract... deception, games and lies. 8 months of service and they Never got my bill right, two hours on the phone every month to get the extra money they took out of my account. They give you a discount for signing up for auto pay ....DO NOT DO IT. T- Mobile is the biggest ripoff in my opinion. I hope this review saves someone else from going through the nightmare I had with this company.

This T-Mobile location sucks! This is the second time this is happened to me and I am so tired of it. I went into the store and turned on a device for my daughter, which is a iPhone 13. The guy told me that it was cheaper to get two lines because the second line would be free I said OK that’s fine then he sold me two sync up trackers because he said the Apple tags weren’t all that great. He literally told me that my bill was only going to change by $40. I was already paying $142 a month prior to me adding a new device on my plan. He never told me anything about turning the plan into a family plan all these different things. He never told me that, I woke up this morning with all of my services disconnected I knew something was off because I set up a payment arrangement to match the date of my payday so that way they can just take the money directly out of my account so I get to the app and I see the my bill is $530. Why is my bill $530 I do not know. I called customer care because of the store here does not open until 10 AM. I get on the phone with customer care and theyliterally tell me that my bill every month is $240 . $240 damn dollars!!!?!??Why on earth would I sign up for that? The problem that I have with T-Mobile especially this location they lie to customers. They only care about selling a new device because they get an incentive to it. Now I’m stuck with something I DO NOT WANT!

It was a great experience at first until I started having problems with my WiFi, after several calls to customer service it was determined they sold me WiFi that isn’t compatible in my area and entered in a different address than my own to make it look as though it was compatible. Great place to go if you appreciate being lied to.

The employees were great ?.....it's just that t-mobile service SUCKS. I only got it because of the awesome incentives but I'm going to Verizon as soon as I can UNLESS t-mobile pulls their head out and ACTUALLY fixes their service issues. I got sober 7 years ago, imagine if t-mobile pulled their head out like I did?!?!??

Terrible customer service. I’ve never had a good experience with T-Mobile. I am much happier with Verizon. The customer service staff had a very negative attitude and the company should consider giving them a new line of work.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went in over a month ago to switch plans and upgrade and I did everything they told me to do and I’m still dealing with it over a month later. I have since gone in and tried to dispute charges that should have not been charged and they keep saying they can’t do anything about it. All they care about is their paycheck. I would suggest going to any other location in the area.

Besides the wonderful Greeting and Thankyou from "Aaron", it was a pleasure working with him. He was very professional with his Over-the-top knowledge of his understanding what our wants n' needs were! We love our new phones AND internet service! T mobile is a sh- show they charge for just about anything even if it's there fault. There stores and customer support services don't communicate at all so you will constantly be told different things concerning your issues. This location is also great Choose another provider and absolutely do not get home internet

I am sorry I waited for so long to write this. These guys are absolutely top notch in what they do! We had 2 new phones, requested number changes from one phone to another, had a child protection phone added, and needed international plans as well. A nightmare customer. But they did every step with us and showed us all the steps too. I couldn't recommend these guys more!!

BEST customer service anywhere! Always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with a couple of boomers who needed everything explained more than once! ? We absolutely love the manager, Ferhad, as he makes every visit pleasant and even fun! Also, Drew was especially helpful when we were there yesterday to switch over to our new phones. Very friendly and patient help here, every time!
