Staybridge Suites Fargo is an IHG Hotel with spacious, clean rooms featuring comfortable beds and hot showers. The hotel receives praise for its excellent location near restaurants and area attractions. Many guests find the staff to be amazing, with service described as beyond exceptional. The property offers plenty of parking and a free breakfast and dinner, with a social gathering on Wednesdays. There is a free laundry facility. The fitness center is highlighted as very nice, clean, new, and the best some have seen, with plenty of towels. The sauna is very legit and the hot tub is clean, though it is accessed through the gym. The hotel has a courtyard that is appreciated by families. It is also noted as pet-friendly, with plenty of area to walk dogs. However, some rooms are noted as dated and in need of a refresh. A significant point of disappointment is the false advertisement of a pool on the hotel's website; there is no pool, only a hot tub. This has upset some guests, particularly families. There were also isolated concerns about staff behavior, with one instance described as rude. An unusual incident involved a worker limiting food at dinner. Despite these issues, many guests highly recommend the hotel and state they will definitely stay again.
I will say Bailey and Terisa are awesome. However slightly disappointing to have multiple different rooms with the AC not working also left a very nice thermos in the fridge and housekeeping never turned it into lost and found.

Amazing experience. We have been traveling with a dog and cat for a while now and have stayed in a bunch of suite hotels. This is by far the best experience we have had. Monday-Wednesday they have happy hours with free nachos and beer. Breakfast was far above the quality that is standard for other hotels at this same price.... read full comment

Bailey and Theresa are absolutely wonderful! The hotel is nice and everyone is friendly. I love it here
