7 pallets. Arrived an hour early. Got a door. Got passed over as other trucks after me got red lighted, while I stayed green. Checked back into the office to let them know. Finally started the unload. I had to follow up on each step of the unload, including lumper and checkout . 3 hours total (4hrs in the door). Nice folks. But I felt like I was managing them.

When you first arrive, find a spot to back up across from dock doors. check in is near door 24. I was there from 6:45 to 10:30 and it wasn’t very busy.

bad place to deliver,very slow unload.I had an appointment at 7am i showed up at 5:50 they called me 15 minutes later to assign me to a door and asked me if i had another stop after this(which i did) and now is 9:45 and not done yet and i am late for the next stop.i would definitely never come back here

Plenty of room for backing into the dock. Parking is a little weird seeing as there is no set assigned location for the trucks but the lady at the desk will tell you where to go. Friendly staff

The facility is good, staff was kind. Porta John only though. Capstone lumpers work at a snails pace and will milk your clock. Absolute trash unloading.

Had 0700 appointment got here at 0530 they don't take paperwork until 0600. Walked to receiving at 0550 about middle of doors bunch of orange cones in front of the receiving office can't miss it. Got call in like 10 min at door before appointment time. Unloaded by 0720. Lumper fee is texted to you, you pay online. When you get green light (they don't call you) walk to office to get paperwork. Depending how many PO's and different items you'll be there longer for them to count the norm for any groucer now a days. Professional people, easy with plenty of room to back in your door. Thanks.
