About Sysco North Dakota - Food Distributor & Restaurant Supplies
Sysco North Dakota is a global food distributor providing fresh food, equipment, and supplies to restaurants, hotels, schools, and hospitals. The experience for delivery drivers varies. Many find the staff to be nice, friendly, extremely helpful, courteous, quick, and a class act. However, the dock layout is consistently noted as tight, especially for 53ft trailers at the dry freight doors, requiring constant maneuvering and patience. There is not nearly enough room, and a ledge can damage a truck's bumper. Check-in or receiving begins at 5:30 or 6:00 AM. Drivers report being in and out within a couple hours if on time for their appointment. A significant concern is the lumper fee, described as extortion and recorded as $200 or $235, which must be paid before unloading. Overnight parking is officially not allowed but may be possible in certain areas.
very small yard if you a have truck on both sides you wont be able to dock until someone moves not enough space to work with rookies be careful here

Everyone is nice but if you have dry freight it’s a bit of a headache especially in a 53ft trailer constant maneuvering and not to mention it’s a ledge right in front of the dry fright doors so be prepared to mess up your bumper wind guard if you have one it’s about the only your gonna get in there half way decent

Backing can be a nightmare especially with the wind and snow. Was unloaded quickly. Lumper.
