However, the dock layout is consistently noted as tight, especially for 53ft trailers at the dry freight doors, requiring constant maneuvering and patience. There is not nearly enough room, and a ledge can damage a truck's bumper. Check-in or receiving begins at 5:30 or 6:00 AM. Drivers report being in and out within a couple hours if on time for their appointment. A significant concern is the lumper fee, described as extortion and recorded as $200 or $235, which must be paid before unloading. Overnight parking is officially not allowed but may be possible in certain areas.

I had an 0600 appt, dolly downed and disconnected. Fortunately was not busy otherwise could be chaotic. Out at 0800, lumper was $349.00. Check in @ door 10. No OP.

very small yard if you a have truck on both sides you wont be able to dock until someone moves not enough space to work with rookies be careful here
