“So my heater core went out a year and a half ago. Took my RAM 1500 here. They fixed it in a great time frame. Just went out again early last week. They were able to move around a couple of appointments and get me in this morning. I worked with Brian, an outstanding guy. Truly and gentleman and scholar. It was out of warranty but he absolutely took care of me in this situation. 1,000,000% endorse this shop!!!!! Hands down AMAZING!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! AAAAA+++++ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆”

“These guys are awesome. I rolled up, they came to my door, walked with me to the problem. Gave me clear instructions on how we were going to get it fixed. And charged me an extremely reasonable price. Com'on man...We need more shops like this! However, be aware of the $50 surcharge for being grouchy. Which also seems reasonable.”

“I have always had a good experience with Quality Auto! I so appreciate how they work with our insurance (whom we are not impressed with) to get all accident repairs covered and paid for. They did great work, and got everything done on the timeline they initially set out.”

“Excellent service from people who are excited about cars! You know it's a good sign at an exhaust shop when the employee cars sound good! Once a time was figured out they got it in and out within 3 hours.”

“Here’s the thing: they did excellent work. They are very nice people and want to do a good job for you. The issue is how long it takes. It look them a month to fix our vehicle. I know there are a lot of moving parts with insurance adjusters, ordering parts, etc, but still, it seemed excessive compared to the other estimate I got saying it would take a week. Anyway, you could make the argument that you’re waiting for higher quality work, but it was frustrating. Just make sure you make arrangements to have a temporary replacement vehicle for an extended amount of time.”

“I have had them tow my vehicle a couple of times but this was my first time having locked myself out of my Jeep with the key inside. They were responsive and timely, and had my Jeep opened in no time. I especially appreciated that they confirmed my registration to make sure it was mine (I’m a fan of those little checks to ensure the safety and security of my property). The driver was friendly and let me sit in his truck to stay warm for the few minutes it took. All around a quick and pleasant service.”
