Truck Issue: Truck was stuck in neutral with no active codes
Thanks to Ethan for giving us a tow to the shop close to the end of the day and getting our truck in the shop right away.
Mav was our mechanic he did a awesome job doing a diagnostic for a transmission and possibly a electrical issue, being able to find the problem, and getting it fixed pretty much all within the same day.
Also they offered to give us a ride to a hotel they recommended and let us use their company discount.”

“Awesome place. Called and was able to get in the next morning at opening, and they had the Flowmaster 50 I was looking for. This process might have taken two weeks if I had gotten the work done in DL or elsewhere. Witnessed several customer interactions in my short 45 minute muffler change, and they never tried to oversell or rip off anyone. Great place to come for all people to be treated fairly, to say it simply. Come here if you need a new muffler cut out of your cat back...you know you do by now.”

“Here’s the thing: they did excellent work. They are very nice people and want to do a good job for you. The issue is how long it takes. It look them a month to fix our vehicle. I know there are a lot of moving parts with insurance adjusters, ordering parts, etc, but still, it seemed excessive compared to the other estimate I got saying it would take a week. Anyway, you could make the argument that you’re waiting for higher quality work, but it was frustrating. Just make sure you make arrangements to have a temporary replacement vehicle for an extended amount of time.”

“I have had them tow my vehicle a couple of times but this was my first time having locked myself out of my Jeep with the key inside. They were responsive and timely, and had my Jeep opened in no time. I especially appreciated that they confirmed my registration to make sure it was mine (I’m a fan of those little checks to ensure the safety and security of my property). The driver was friendly and let me sit in his truck to stay warm for the few minutes it took. All around a quick and pleasant service.”

“So my heater core went out a year and a half ago. Took my RAM 1500 here. They fixed it in a great time frame. Just went out again early last week. They were able to move around a couple of appointments and get me in this morning. I worked with Brian, an outstanding guy. Truly and gentleman and scholar. It was out of warranty but he absolutely took care of me in this situation. 1,000,000% endorse this shop!!!!! Hands down AMAZING!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! AAAAA+++++ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆”
