The guy running the store didn't have access to the change drawer so I had to use my card for a 15$ transaction and because I had to use my card you guys scammed me out of 44$ because there needs to be a minimum of 60$ to use a card so the guy tacked on a bs deposit charge and said that I would get refunded same day well it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten my money back so thanks for robbing me uhaul I'll never go back

On two separate occasions, Blayn G was super helpful and knowledgable. He asked about my needs and provided specific, experience-tested advice which ended up being exactly what I needed and for less than I would've spent on my own. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable and willing to go beyond expectations to ensure a successful end result.

U Haul made it very easy to reserve a truck and was able to adapt easily as the weather changed (12 inches of snow) and I had to move my move a couple of times. Appreciated the kindness, knowledge and ease of making changes when working with their service representatives. The truck was clean, easy to use and made our day as the move progressed easily.

Made a reservation only for my reservation to be canceled with no noticed of letting me know not only that the dates where wrong these ppl don't care and was rude talking about you’re not the only one moving yeah I know that heffa I had to calm my nerves because I was gonna say something rude she’s probably the reason for all this due to her having a crooked cockeyed eye messing up ppl reservations

I tried to rent a tow dolly. After providing some information, they said they couldn't rent it to me based on their tow rating requirements. I asked a couple of questions as to why--not trying to be rude or anything --when another employee stepped in, cut me off, voice raised, and informed me that the system wouldn't allow them to rent the tow dolly to me. Well, I had already discerned this from being in the room. I just wanted to figure out if my towing vehicle wasn't able to do the job or if my vehicle to be towed was too heavy for the dolly. Anyway ... It's probably a fine U-Haul as long as you don't ask any questions.
